I went 2 the beach in June to Alantic City. I was on the boardwalk with my brother and mom when we hear some guy crowing lik a sea gull.
We look back and theres some guy without a shirt cause its in his hand, jean shorts, and a breadish mustache thing and longish hair.
"Get the f*** out of my way!!" he kept yelling 2 ppl in front of him.
There he goes crowing lik a sea gull again. Its getting annoying so i crow 2. 
then he takes a wild swing at the air as if 2 punch some1.
I swear he was drunk but my mom said he was mentally ill. who nos?
Its lik 9:45 now and hes walking on the beach! 
screaming lik an ambalance.
And haven't heard of him since.
