Well, Mars left from Slateport this morning. It really was a shame to see her go. I'm going to miss her; hopefully we can see each other sooner than last time. I had a fairly fun time this past week, barring a few incidents...
Speaking of incidents, actually...
I ran into a certain Wailord as I was attempting to leave Slateport...Of course, he started up a conversation that soon became an argument, and then he, being an ignorant jackass, called me some unsavory names. So I did what any right-minded person would do: I smacked him across the face. Twice.
I felt quite proud of myself, too, until he punched me in the face back....
Stupid jerk Wailord...You know, it hurt at the time, sure, but then I got home and looked in the mirror, and, wouldn't you know it, I have a shiner the size of a Pokeball. Just lovely. Already I've gotten questions and snickers from a few of the grunts (and Tabitha, that ass). I guess I'll need to wear sunglasses around...indoors...and in the rain...and at night...
Well, the moral of this story is don't go to Slateport. Wait, that's not right. The moral is to duck. That's not right either...Actually, I'm not completely sure what the moral is. But I've been having this weird feeling in my stomach since I got home, so I think I need to learn the moral fast...Well....
I'm going to beat myself up later for saying this, but...I'm sorry, Archie, for smacking you in the face, even if you did deserve it. And for not accepting your apology either. I shouldn't have been such an idiot...
...Nah that weird feeling in my stomach's still there. So much for that. (goes back and scribbles out last paragraph)

Well, I finally got off that goddamn boat, and I am now officially never going to sea again. End of story.
So Mars and I just basically wandered around today. She leaves tomorrow morning, but we didn't really have anything planned for her last day. We spent quite a bit of time in Lavaridge, actually. We visited a few other towns as well, but I think Mars really liked Lavaridge.
We had a big dinner at home, and then had ice cream afterwards. I think Tabitha and Courtney are really going to miss Mars when she leaves. But they all exchanged phone numbers and emails and stuff so now my admins are going to be up all night chatting with my cousin instead of actually working...
Overall, the day was uneventful, especially considering the debacle adventure I had yesterday. I think Mars's visit was a success. Now she wants me to come over to Sinnoh...Maybe eventually. I'd kind of like a vacation.
Well, I'm off...Tabitha's trying to get me to play some stupid card game with them...How exciting...

Today I visited Fortree City. It's a nice little town although it's rather strange, in its own way. I expected one of those rope bridges to snap at any moment!
There are more wild Pokemon here than in most other cities, too. I guess that's to be expected though when you basically live in the forest.
Also, some kid tried to trade for my Pikachu. Like hell that was gonna happen!
On a side-note, I haven't seen Green around for a while. I wonder when we'll bump into each other next....
[OOC: I'm only kidding^^' Pawn, let me know if you want me to delete it XD I'll actually go think of something to post now, I swear!]

It was nice seeing you today, Maxie! Oh what a glorious day it was! I couldn't believe it! That you were visiting my hometown?! Seeing you arrive on that little boat, oh how hilarious that was! Your expression: priceless! It was quite amusing seeing you clinging onto the side of the boat for dear life. Seeing you today just brightened up my spirits! Oh, we spent such a lovely day together, didn't we? When you walked out of that one shopped drenched in water from the bucket that fell from above? Oh so hilarious! I think I might've died laughing right on the spot!!!
Bumping into each other at the Ramen shop, quite a cowinkydink eh? Your cousin...Mars was it? She is quite the entertaining girl ^^ I do remember a brief time we when we met in the past. She has grown up to be quite mature. Nothing like you I see :p We had the greatest conversation at the ramen shop. Sharing all kinds of embarrassing stories from the past and present. Oh! And she was the girl you were waiting for at the docks back in Slateport? I didn't know! Well she found that incident amusing as well. I think we hit it off pretty well today. Well, then you showed up...but all the more fun once you entered the conversation!!! Glad to know you had such a great time in my hometown! Come back soon, you hear? SEE YOU AROUND oh buddy oh pal, of mine! ;)
