So, the grunts and admins who live at the base really don't have families, which is why they live at the base (no, really?). But they don't have anyone to spend Easter with (if they celebrate it) besides the other members of Team Magma. So Tabitha begged me to do something fun for Easter so that the grunts would have something. He suggested an Easter Egg Hunt throughout the base. Much to his dismay, I told him no. He wouldn't let the idea go! He got Courtney to beg and plead with him, and they both started giving me that incredibly annoying puppy-dog face. Needless to say, I didn't crack, and we are not having an Easter Egg Hunt, and we never WILL have an Easter Egg Hunt. No matter how upset Tabitha got.
However, since I really had nothing to do with my time, I did make something for all the grunts for tomorrow.
It's Peeps with melted chocolate and food coloring. Mars and I would make them together as kids. She calls them "Peepachus". I put some aside to save for when she comes over next week. I think she'll be excited.
I made quite a few of these "Peepachus"...a few too many, I think...I got a little carried away...Now I'm not sure what to do with the extras...Perhaps I'll send them over to Archie. A Wailord like him will certainly find a use for them.
((OOC: YES. THOSE ARE REAL. AND I MADE THEM. >D))

It was a very late night last night. I had lots of paperwork to do, and all of the grunts besides Tabitha, Courtney, and the few others that live here all the time had already gone home for their break. I don't usually get caffeine headaches from coffee, but I think I got one last night because it was so late and I had around five cups.... It wasn't a very pleasant experience. But at least all my paperwork is done for the rest of the week.
I talked to Mars for a while last night, too. She's actually planning on visiting Hoenn for a little while next week. I offered to let her stay at the base, and she got really excited because, apparently, "living in a volcano is mega-cool!!". So I'm looking forward to showing her around and such next week. I haven't seen her since Christmas, so it should be fun.

I decided I'd take the bus today and go to Lavaridge Town, seeing as nothing is getting done at the base anyway. It was a nice day, so I wandered around for a little bit, did some shopping, so on. There's a cute little talisman shop near the hot springs I like to visit. It's very quaint, almost homey. I stayed there for a bit. It was nice. Sometimes I wish I got out and just walked around more often.
However, waiting for the bus home...The nerve of some people...I'm standing there, minding my own business, when this young couple walks up and starts waiting too...which is fine...and then they started getting a bit touchy-feely. A bit very touchy-feely.
Teenagers these days...I've seen better courtesy from my grunts!
Next time, I'll be flying to Lavaridge.

Too quiet...
Nothing happened today, which is both good and bad. Good because nothing happened that could annoy and/or bodily harm me. Bad because NOTHING HAPPENED. You run a whole team of about a hundred members, and you're unable to accomplish anything? I think the grunts are taking their spring break a little bit early. Hmph. They'll be in for a surprise around their next paychecks.
I wonder if other teams have this many problems getting their members to do things. I don't keep up with Giovanni and Cyrus all that much...and N is just...yeah I'm surprised anything gets done in Team Plasma. And of course there's Archie, but we all know how efficient his half-bake team is...
Oh, and my office is finally straightened up from the Wailord incident. I made Tabitha clean the whole thing. It'll be the last time he ever goes anywhere near my shampoo, that's for certain.

I swear, it happens every year. The grunts have the nerve to think it's alright to prank me on April Fool's Day! Every roll of toilet paper was taped, I was hand-buzzed by not one, not two, but five grunts, someone swapped Tammy's Pokeball with a Wailord's (and now my office is trashed...), and Tabitha, that sneaky ass, decided to fill my shampoo bottle with honey. Honey! I had to spend an extra thirty minutes in the shower getting it out. I still feel disgusting.
I've told all of them they're getting their salaries slashed in half. I'm still deciding whether or not that's actually an April Fool's joke.
I'm a bit concerned though...Archie hasn't done anything yet...and I feel like that's not normal...I've locked all my doors...
