Okay, this didn't actually happen!! Its just a fan-Dub by one of the people who translated the Shugo Chara Manga! If you can't read what Tadase is saying in the bottom left frame he's saying "W-w-well I was in the royal Garden yesterday and Souma-kun..." so it's Kukai's fault! In the actual translaion Eru was calling Tadase a "Playkid"!!!
