HEY ALL! I'M BACK FROM OTAKON!! ^__^

It was a GREAT weekend. We all had a really great time. I can't wait until next year: July 17th - 19th baby! Yeah!!

Friday: We got down at our hotel about 3:00p. It was a very nice hotel and the location couldn't be better. We were connected directly to the convention center which made it really easy to get to. If we needed something in the room it took no time at all to just run back and get it. I went down to Baltimore in my costume (excited much? lolol). It was a little hot in the car, but it was bearable. On the way down we stopped at one of those highway rest stops. I looked down at myself and said: "I'm not getting out of this car looking like this." XD That would've been embarrassing. I did the same thing when we got down to Baltimore at the bus station where we had to pick up our tickets.

So we finally get into the con and we're all excited and everything. Cosplayers are everywhere. It seemed more crowded then usual though. It was weird, it was so late in the day and there were still lines for registration. We never had that experience before...
-
So when we finally got our badges we immediately went down to the Dealer's Room. That's like heaven to me. I didn't even know where to start. Well yeah I did because I already knew where they were keeping the Hitsugaya plushies LOLOL...I'm good. He was the first thing I bought and cuddled him the entire day and all through the night too ;D
-
That night my friend and I went up onto the roof (yeah that's right, the roof has a sitting area on it lol) where we sat and just talked for over an hour. I was feeling a bit nauseated for some reason so the night air helped me feel better. It's so peaceful up on that roof. My friend and I call it the "roof feeling". We sat up there last year and have been calling it that ever since. I know, we're retarded -_-;

Saturday: Same routine: Got up and went immediately to the con. I noticed the crowds seemed to have died down a little. I mean they weren't swarming everywhere. We were in and out of everything mostly the entire day. We'd go to the Dealer's Room again and then the game room where my one friend wanted to hang out mostly. I didn't mind though.
-
Around 8:00p, we lined up for the Phoenix Wright Mock Trial panel. Waiting in that long line was actually amusing because when it was getting close to going in, everyone started singing different songs and saying funny quotes that you hear around the internet *cough*4chan*cough* That panel was awesome though. It was very well scripted.

Sunday: This day was a bit depressing because it was the last day and when I went to the con about 10:00a, I already saw people leaving. However that feeling went away really fast because I retreated towards the Dealer's Room lol
-
After meeting everyone in there eventually, my friend and I decided to hit up Artist Alley. I never been there to actually see anything before so I wanted to do that. Oh man, I'm so glad I went this year. I bought two BEAUTIFUL prints of Hitsugaya. They look so nice on my wall *oggles them* I wanted the poster size, but they were all sold out TT__TT
-
After all the shopping we went up to the very top floor where everyone kind of just relaxes and hangs out. It's fun up there though. Then when it finally hit 3:30p we decided it was time to leave the convention center for good. It was getting close to the end anyway.
-
When the con finally ended we went into the hotel's pool. Trust me, for the amount of money we put into staying there the pool should have been at least 20x bigger than it was x.x
-
After we got out of the pool we got changed again and we headed towards the Inner Harbor to the Barnes and Noble. When we got there, there were still a lot of people from the con there. They didn't all leave yet lol There was still life left in the manga section XD Anyway, I got 3 manga and then we left back to the hotel for the night.

Today: Got up, got dressed and WALKED to the bus station. It was a very lengthy walk not to mention the scary, death defying crossing over an overpass. I can't understand why the guys didn't want to pay that little cab fee. No, we had to walk it and practically get KILLED for it x.x I'm not doing that ever again. My god it was scary. Then we got onto the bus after a good hour wait, rode home, now I'm here...

*sigh* Feels good to be home ^_^; Oh yeah, my damn camera decided to be hilarious and stop working for me. I didn't get a single picture because of it. I had to rely on my friend's camera and the pics he took. Also, I took some I found on Photobucket. I don't claim them to be mine at all if any of them are yours. I just needed some memories from the con T_T

Well, that just about covers my weekend. If I can get my camera working, I'll be sure to take some pics of the stuff that I got.

Until later then, bai bai
