"What?" Moon laughed and looked at me. I turned my head to hide my blush and laughed to myself.
Suddenly the peaceful moment was broken up. There was some shouts and screaming and then the boat started to break apart. "Come on!" Moon shouted and garbed my hand leading me quickly to see what had happened.
"The ssssecret of harmony is ssafe with ussss! Go! Swim, crawl, Fly!" A serpent hissed as it's voice echoed around. It dove down, splitting the boat in two.
It appeared to be split by half breeds and humans. Two half breeds surprised me and turned into dragons...They still existed?! I thought for sure if the scientists had knew that they would have hunted them down by now, and killed them or captured them.
Most of the half breeds went and jumped on their backs to be taken to a safer spot. I shrugged and hurried over. Looking at them from the edge of the sinking ship I gulped...I hated water...
Infact...I didn't even know how to swim. The scientists had made me try to swim but it ended immediately after I went and killed the man who was to teach me how to swim.
"What? Your not scared are you." Moon teased. "O-of course not!" I stammered and jumped. I landed on one of the dragon's back but it was slipper then I had expected and I slipped...
Water rushed around me and I started to kick my legs and flail my arms trying to break my head to the surface again, but it was pointless. I sunk like a rock...
Suddenly the chemical kicked in. It was the chemical that any half breed that was captured was injected with. It only kicked in when we felt we were in danger and it increases our animal side, making us nothing but a beast...
Morphing into a hyena I kicked my powerful legs and my head broke the surface and I started to swim over to the dock. I pulled myself up and made myself resume my human form, with much effort.
I was shaking. Moon had rode on the back's of one of the dragons and walked over. "Are you okay Rika?" Wow. He actually sounded concerned for someone he just meet...
"F-f-fine...J-just a little c-cold.." I said even though it wasn't true..I was shaking because the chemical wasn't to let you swim. It was designed to make you kill...

I screeched and started to run as fast as I could trying to find out what the heck had just happened to the boat. One minute I'm there sick and then a sea serpent crushes the boat in half separating the half breeds from the humans.
I tried to keep my balance, but my cat instincts weren't that keen. Ahhh ha...Gets it? X3 Lame...I know =3=; I spotted Io and Gray in their dragon forms and hurried over to them but the boat shook again and I fell over the edge while the sea serpent was trying to drown the humans.
'Dose she think I'm human too?!' I thought as I tried to swim away but the serpent thrashed around creating large waves that knocked me around.
Once swam my way to the surface I gasped for breath before being knocked under again. Opening my eyes I saw someone else plunge into the water.
'Probably a human.' I thought to myself until I saw a large shape loom out and a hyena pattering swiftly away...But something was different....
It was almost as if-Then I blacked out when a large wave hit me and knocked me into a rock or something hard..REALLY hard..
After that I woke up with Kasumi holding me. I was still a little out of it but I heard all I needed to. We were going to get closer to Harmony. Thats when I blacked out again.

Aditi-
After having bound the humans and set off teh explosion, it finally hit me.
Why couldn't Shiori have sunken this ship if she could sink the others so easily?!
It wasn't a particularly large boat and it wasn't aextremely durable either...
I stood there in a sort of trance while humans mumbled their protests.
The crow halfer came down and immediately unbound my captives.
Startled, I let out a cry of protest but made no move against his actions.
They fled and I heard Shiori's voice above the confusion, saying something abouut Harmony's secret being safe.
Had I been manipulated again?!
The boat rocked back and forth and broke in half.
I happened to be on the human side of the boat and Shiori took out her rage.
She stirred up the water quite a bit, forcing the humans under water.
I broke into a quick swim striaght for shore, but stopped and turned around.
No way would I be welcome there when the crow spilled the news of my treachery.
Suddenly an angry voice sounded behind me, "What did you do?!"
Spinning around in the water, I turned to face Tamotsu, the human, on the back of Io in dragon form.
"What did you do with Kasumi?!" he screamed while expertly spinning a dangerous-looking chain.
What? Was he crazy? I hadn't even seen Kasumi for a while now!
"What?!" I screamed back at him, "I did nothing!"
"Liar!" he screamed and I could see the pain and hate burning in his eyes. What had happened?!

Tamotsu-
I looked everywhere for Kasumi when the commotion started, but couldnt find her anywhere.
When the serpent began to attack, I spotted her sword lying on the deck...stained with blood.
Kasumi would never leave her sword! I thought as I ran over and scooped it up in my good hand.
Just then the serpent broke the ship in half and I fell into the swirling waters.
Hugging the sword to my chest, I began to kick up towards the surface of the water.
I felt a clawed paw lift me from the depths. Io.
When she saw me and the sword, she asked grimly, "Where's Kasumi?"
I shook my head solemnly but then Xavier flew towards me saying, "That horse halfbreed was down below deck if that helps any."
Aditi, that murderous traitor to all halfers!
Io understood at once and we took off towards the swimming figure of Aditi.

Kasumi-
Floating on a piece of the split deck, I clung to a small metal box for dear life.
I had lost my sword, still uncleaned from previous battles, somewhere when I had ventured below deck to follow Aditi.
She may be a tracker but she forgets that others can track as well.
When I saw her set the explosives, I pulled a few tricks and freed the small metal box that was obviously important.
I barely got away when the world exploded and then the ship split in two.
That's how I got where I was...
Otu of the corner of my eye, I caught the sight of a limp black cat' body floating nearby.
Sky!
I reached over swiftly and scooped up my friend. When I checked for a pulse, I found one and almost immediately, she came to.
"Kasumi?" she asked confused.
"Hi there!" I replied with a smile and then held up my treasure, "We're going to Harmony."

All was well on the boat until a huge explosion sounded from far under the deck. Nobody seemed to care really that the boat was getting lower and lower. Where was the captian? Why wasn't anybody sounding an alarm?
I had to investigate.
I crept lower and lower down a flight of stairs that led below deck. The boat creaked under my feet. This was a little nerve-wraking.
As I got down as far as I could, a foot of water lined the floor. On the stern, a huge hole had been blasted into the side of the boat. There was Aditi holding what looked like scribble on a piece of metal. I didn't have time to speak because a huge looming shape shot past the gap.
What was that?
A roar from hte deck answered my question. I turned to look for a place to run and saw the crew bound and gagged in a corner, the water rising up to their necks. Ignoring a yell from the horse halfer, I quickly untied the humans.
"What's happening?" one asked. I shook my head and shrugged.
I sprinted back up to the deck to find the group huddled close together, the larger animals had transformed and were at the side of the deck. They were defending against a great serpant!
The creature uttered a hissing call, "The ssssecret of harmony is ssafe with ussss! Go! Swim, crawl, Fly!" With that said, she dove down into the middle of the boat and tore it in two. All of the halfers were on one side, the humans were stranded on the other.
The two remaining dragon halfers were gathering the other who couldnt swim onto their backs. They took off into the air and hovered htere waiting to find out what to do next.

eh sorry that was way lame
"Fine fine. We didn't start on a good foot. My name's Rika. Who are you?" Rika sighed and I almost decided to slap her, but figured out that wouldn't be such a good thing.
"My name's Moon. You're right, we didn't start off on a good foot. So, what did you join this boat for? Going somewhere?" I asked slyly, putting on a fake smile and shoving my hands inside my pockets.
"Duh. Of course. I'm going to Harmony, hoping to go with this group you guys have. You think that would be okay with you guys?" She flipped her bangs to the side so that they'd stay out of her eyes, which I considered cute for some reason.
"I think that would be fine, I mean, there are halfers on this boat like us, so I think it would be acceptable, yes," I told her as kind as I could.
I still didn't trust her, even if she did come from the lab. All I did was let my guard down a little so that it could seem to her that she had my trust.
"Perfect! I can't wait to hang out with you guys! It's going to be so much fun," Rika smiled sweetly and things became a little awkward.
"So... you're a leopard half-breed?" She asked, I knowing it wasn't exactly a rhetorical question.
"Yes, and you're a hyena half-breed?" She nodded as I heard another explosion come from the engine room and the humans came out coughing. Rika waved the smoke out of her face, and I realized she was exceptionally cute.
"Does anybody here know any mechanics?" I heard one of the workers ask, and I rose a hand.
"You! Come with me!" I nodded and I heard Rika following me as I went over to where the engine room was and stripped off my hoodie, and showed my stained, sweat shirt.
I followed the guy down to the engine room, Rika staying on the stairs that led down to it, and somebody handed me a wrench.
It didn't take long for me to fix what was the big problem, but it would still be about an hour until it started up again. I told the workers that and headed out of the engine room, Rika following behind.
I tried to wipe off the grease off my arms as I put my hoodie against a lawn chair, with Rika looking at me differently.
"What?" I laughed with a real smile on my face as some guy gave me a wet rag and I tried to get the grease off me, which was a little harder than I expected, which also made me realize something else. Was I just barely starting to trust Rika?

I wandered around the city a bit...Apparently the big group of halfers had split up, for a while at least...Finally I found a spot where the scent was more fresh and followed it to a boat where I smelled gasoline and a bit of smoke.
I snorted. Knowing this area it was probably that sea serpent half breed. I had hear about it not letting any boat get near the place witch was supposed to lead half breeds closer to Harmony.
Harmony. Ha! What child's play. Don't tell me THAT'S what this big group of halfers were after! Half breeds would look for it until they drew their last breath and died.
Arriving at a boat where the scent had lead me I could smell, of course humans, but more importantly, half breeds. Smiling I approached the boat and jumped when I heard something land behind me.
Turning slowly on my heel I looked whoever landed behind me. 'A leopard half breed?' I thought to myself and put on a fake smile. "I knew I would find others eventually!" I cheered.
From the look on his face he didn't seem to buy it. "Whaaaat? Don't look at me like that! It's really creepy actually." I said frowning. "I know what you are." He growled.
I just rolled my eyes. "No duh! Isn't it obvious that I'm a halfer?" I asked crossing my arms. He seemed to be starting to get annoyed. "Why do you smell like...That human lab." I sighed. "Because I was one of the other half breeds who was being kept there too. When you and your whole group broke out, it was quite easy, for a hyena especially, to charm her way out."
He was quite for a while, probably thinking over what I had said. Sighing again I pushed my bangs out of my eyes. "Fine fine. We didn't start on a good foot. My names Rika. Who are you?"
