(Please Note: This WAS at one point in time a RP, but for reasons, I have closed it. Why would I not just delete the world? Because this rp is filled with memories of my three years on TheOtaku along with all my past and present members. I think it would kill us all to see it all just vanish. It was a fun ride, Community Fusion, and thanks ^^)

Harmony, a place we thought was only in the legends. It was a place where all the half breeds tried to go, to escape the life they lived is, constantly looked down on by the humans. Two years, we looked around the world, we lost some, and gained some, some even gave up along the way believing that such a place didn’t exist. But we made it, we found Harmony. Many of us lived peacefully for a few years, we made lives and were reunited with the ones we thought were lost. All seemed right and in place, until the guardian of Harmony turned up dead.

When we first arrived at the gate of Harmony, we were approached by a beautiful serpent Half Breed. Later, we found she was a god. She was a guardian, one who watched and protected it from those who wished ill on it. We were made aware of what had happened by the god who watched and protected the inside of Harmony. With her dying breath, she sealed the entrance to Harmony.

With this turn of events, we decided to leave, to go back to the human’s world to discover what had become of it. And… What awaited us was a great surprise. Time passes slow in Harmony, while it felt like only a short few years, ten years had passed within the human’s world. Not only that, but all half breeds were forced to be kept by humans. They became nothing more than a servant or pet. Besides that, there were other species. Half breeds who lost their way and became nothing more than a beast, one who mindlessly fights. Cross Breeds, those who were a result of experiments and were a mix of two animals, but just in appearance holding none of the enhanced senses.

All of this… Has become of the Human’s world. Well, there’s no turning back now that the entrance to Harmony was hidden and sealed. All we can do is keep moving forward.

Here's the world where you create your own halfbreed and return to the Human's world after years of a peaceful life in Harmony. Drama, action, and romance, that's what this adventure's all about so don't be afraid to put in a few twists into the mix.

Running Away Like Always

Walking down the streets of the city was a bit of pain, because people just stared at me constantly, which I absolutely distasted, especially if people started throwing comments. Getting to a basket store, I opened the door and started to look through the baskets carefully, so the owner wouldn't say closed to my face.

"M..May I help you, sir?" A young woman asked me, walking up to me with a nervous face. I rolled my eyes.

"Just looking for a small basket, thanks," I said politely and quickly to her. She nodded a few times and then walked over to another customer, looking more pleased than she had before.

Finding a small basket that I could use to carry vegetables in, I looked at the price. Two coins, which was half of what I had. I groaned, but went to the counter anyways to buy it. Before the man could say anything of a price, I reached into my coat pocket and drew out two coins and placed it in his hands. I hurried out of the store, almost knocking over a shelf at the same time, but I caught it, so the owner wouldn't yell, but he did anyways.

"Get out, you animal! You half-breed, just get out!" It seemed that he obviously hated halfers, so I left, changing into my leopard form, basket in mouth.

I felt the breeze running through my pelt, the wind beneath my paws, but I felt tomatoes being thrown at me, splattering on my pelt. Why did humans have to distaste halfers?

I kept running, and once I got out of the city, I collapsed, falling to my side. The basket was torn up, I spit it out of disgust. Disgusting humans... Damn it! Sitting up, I licked my paws, trying to get out the smell of rotten tomatoes, but it didn't help any. I sighed, and shook my fur out of anger. God, I hate humans...

Suddenly, I smelt other animals, but there was something else... Human entwined with the smell? Other halfers? I heard small steps coming this way, like of a rabbits, and it instead made my mouth water, but I ignored the hunger. I wouldn't eat another halfers. Then I would be disgusting and shunned out... Like I had been for the pack...

I ran to a tree, and climbed it quickly, claws scrapping against the wood. I hid in the branches, but instead I heard the footsteps from earlier coming closer, and approach the tree.

A new Member

The cheetah halfer looked a few years older than most of us here. But I think Seth and I have him beat for age. He was scruffy looking and had a cold stare.

"Hi there!" I said and held out my hand, "My name's Io."

The boy didn't even move his arm. "Ace," he said, "who are you guys?"

"We're all halfers just like you," Ariel told him.

"This is a joke," Ace said disbelievingly.

"You already know that I am," Sky said.

"But that doesn't mean the rest of you are!" This kid acted like he knew everything.

Quickly, as is someone gave a signal, the entire group morphed. I let a huge roar, stuck my nose in his face and teased, "Believe us now?"

Another Halfer?

I sniffed a few more times and decided we should at least go cheek it out.

I turned into a cat and followed the scent. I followed it to a tree house...

"Uh so this is what I smelled." I looked down at the cigarette.

"What...Er who do you thinks up there?" Asuka asked. "No use guessing might as well go and look." I said and clawed my way up the tree.

"Huff huff...Gezzz I need to practice climbing better." I said and pulled my self the last couple feet.

Once on the ledge I saw a cheetah sleeping. Now getting a better scent I could tell it was an another half breed.

"Well?" Lucy called to me. The cheetah's ears twitched and he lifted his head.

"Wha? Who was that!" He growled. I laughed. "So your awake now." "Who are you!" He demanded. "I'm Sky...Why don't you come down. Other people want to meet you too." I said and jumped over the edge and landed as a human.

"Other half breeds!?"

To Steal Is To Live

I was crouched in a tree watching the couple in the park. They were having a picnic. I was getting annoyed. I wanted them to leave and give me a chance to steal their stuff. I saw the woman giggle and get up. The man grabbed her hand. She pulled it away and started to run off. She stopped and turned to laugh at the man. He laughed and then got up to chase her. They were heading for the swings. "Good. That will give me enough time to grab the food." I swung out of the tree and landed on the balls of my feet, pushing off and making a dash for the cooler. I crouched there and started shifting through it. There wasnt really a lot of stuff left, but i grabbed what i could. Three sandwitches and two colas. I saw a pack of cigarettes. "Lucky me." I grabbed them and shoved them in my back pocket. "HEY YOU LITTLE PUNK! WHAT DO YOU THINK YOURE DOING?!!" I turned and saw that the man had snuck up on me. Shit how the hell did he do that without me noticing him?! I must be loosing it. He started towards me. I crouched and took a step back. I growled at him and he stopped. "Ohhh i get it. Youre nothing but a disgusting halfbreed!" The woman was a few feet behind him. "Ron be careful! He looks dangerous! Maybe he has rabies!" Rabies?! What a moron! I smiled. I saw a shiver go over the woman. I could smell her fear, and the mans too. I already had what i wanted. "Catch me if you can." I spun on the balls of my feet and took off. In less than a second everthing became a blur. After 30 seconds i stopped. I was a little out of breath, but i knew i was safe now. "That was a new record. I must have been going 55 mph!" I know cheetahs can go 60 so 55 didnt seem like much, but in my human form it was the fastest i had ever gone. I looked at my home. It wasnt much. Just some wood i had found. I had enough to make what looks like, to someone who didnt know better, a little kids tree house. It worked though. I had nowhere else to go. I climbed up the ladder and sat in the corner. I pulled out a sandwitch and took a bite only to spit it back out. "BLAH! What the hell is that?! TOFU?! WHO THE HELL MAKES A TOFU SANDWITCH?!!!" I pulled out the other two to find that they were both the same. "Damn." I sighed. "At least i still have the cola." The cola was good. Coke and Sprite! I downed the Coke in three seconds. Then i pulled out the cigarettes. I lit one up and took a nice long drag. I exhialed. "Shit. Im so hungry." Almost in response my stomach growled. "I cant believe i spent an hour watching those morons make out and i didnt even get the thing i wanted. You think i would have smelled the tofu. I must be getting a cold. Probably from living out here with no blanket or heat." I could shift into my cheetah form, but it would be too dangerous. I was probably still being hunted. After all i escaped from the zoo. They werent going to give up on SPOTTY THE SMARTEST CHEETAH TO EVER LIVE!! I was the biggest attraction they had ever had. I took another drag of my smoke. It was the only thing i had to calm me. I was alone, cold, and hungry, but at least i had my smokes. "Yeah smokes. What would mom think?" Just thinking of mom made my chest hurt so i threw my cigarette out the little window i had and layed down to take a nap. I closed my eyes, and thats when i heard it.
