Kasumi~
"Nice job, Sky," I told my friend with a grin as I waited for Claudia to finish her introduction. "I'll go then!"
I hopped nimbly up onto the rock and began, "Hey, everyone! I'm Kasumi!" I waved at them, grinning.
"I'm a Soricid halfer. Yes, yes, I can see the wheels turning in your head trying to recall what type of animal that is. It's am extinct rat-like animal. My past is my past, but," I pulled out my sword, Anuklusmos, and gave it a twirl, "I wouldn't get on my bad side, if I were you."
Then Tamotsu hopped up beside me and lowered my hand that was holding the sword.
"She's only kidding!" He laughed uneasily, "My name's Tamotsu. I'm, well, just a human...but I don't mean you harm! I swear on my life that you can trust me. I've had my share of human-wickedness in the past."
Tamotsu gave a shy smile. "Other than that, I love flying and designing things."
With that, I sheathed my sword and the two of us made our way back to Sky.
"Well, that's out of the way!" I exclaimed with a grin.
Tamotsu turned and gave me a quiet smile.
Still as quiet as ever, I thought as I returned his expression.

Well, Sky now has this idea that we should "introduce" ourselves to the rest of the group.... I mean, I have no problem with it, but don't we all know each other? Whateva.
"“And so.. Um.. I’ll let someone else talk know.. Hahaha…” Sky smiled nervously, and I laughed to myself. I jumped up as she walked over to Kasumi and Tamotsu.
"Oh! My turn! I'm so going next!!!" I said, raising my hand. A couple people laughed, and Kari rolled her eyes.
"No way. The mutt is waaaay to happy about that." She whispered to Claudia. I turned around, shot her the meanest look I could, and then turned away.
"Anyways," I started, "My name is Jethro, I'm a German Shepard halfer, and I love to play fetch!"
"And hes a totally gay mutt!" Kari shouted from behind me.
"You know what?!" I turned and shouted at her. "I am NOT gay!! So shut up!" I growled, and felt a tug on my sleeve. I glanced down to see Paloma, looking up at me. She tugged on my sleeve again, and nodded towards the ground.
"You so are." Kari smirked as I slowly sat down again.
Seriously! ARGH!!!!! I didn't think cats could be that annoying. :-/ Guess I was wrong.
I settled back down in the grass as the next person went to introduce themselves.
So, whos gonna have the guts to follow MY introduction?

“Rika… Can I… Tell you something?” I looked up at Moon and nodded. “Yeah, sure,” I smiled at him as he stopped walking at looked at me. “Well, actually, I’ve been wanting to tell you this for a while… Um… I don’t really know how to say it but you and me have been kind of… I guess.... going out for a while, right?" He said quietly in a whisper as he held my hand. I nodded, now not sure if I wanted to hear or not. What if he rejected me? What if he had always hated me…
"Well... My feelings have grown a lot for you and... I wanted to say that... I... I love you, Rika. I've never felt this way for somebody before... and I just wanted to tell you that..." I didn’t say anything. I was shocked. He… Loved me? Than he did something that surprised me even more and he kissed me. I pulled away. It was so confusing. How could someone love… Me… “Moon… I…” I trailed off. How was I supposed to react? “I don’t know what to say… I.. Just need to think…”
I turned away and hurried up to the rest of the group, glancing back once. He stood there, looking shocked at sad at the same time. My chest tightened and I looked down at the ground. No one can love me. I bit my lip. He hates me now. I know it. I got his trust back once, but know I know I’ve lost it for sure. From the first time I meet you, you were so kind. Everyone was….
But know… I don’t know what to think. ‘But you do love him.’ A voice in my head said to me. I smiled and nodded at the ground. He was so important to me. When we were separated, he was all I could think about and I worried about him the whole time. So why did a doubt myself now?

I sighed and pushed the thoughts about that guy out of my head. Right! This is NO time to get distracted Sky! I nodded as I continued to walk when I heard my name being called… I turned around to see the guy, the one who I guess tagged a long after the whole Vana incident.. "Sky, 'ey, 'ave ya...ah..." he stopped talking and looked down a little embarrassed. I laughed, "'Ave ya seen any, ah...Well..." he trailed off again fidgeting nervously,"'Ave ya..." he paused again and cleared his throat, "Have you seen Kai, anywhere? I mean, if you haven't, I'd--I mean, I would be more than willing to look or...or something." I smiled, so that’s what he sounded like without his accent. He sure was funny. Guess it wouldn’t hurt to have a human tag a long, besides, Tamotsu was here and no one had a problem with that. I used my ears and keen eye sight and found Kai in a few seconds.
"Kai!" I yelled and he stopped and looked up at me. "I...think someone's looking for you.” I smiled as Kai looked at me confused before seeing that it was Ennis. They seemed pretty happy to see each other again. I laughed, so that’s why he stuck around. I shrugged and turn away from it all, not like it was any of my business or anything.
Making sure she was fine with "Zar," Lucy and Gray, Just in case, I went in search of Sky to tell her of the trouble. I found her not far off in conversation with a few vaguly familiar faces. There were so many halfers in the group now, it was hard to remember names.
I felt a tap on my shoulder and turned to see Dani, “Dani! Glad to see you’re okay!” I smiled and hugged her. It seemed like forever since I last talked to her! This group was getting pretty big since we started. “Same to you! Though I can’t really say the same for Io…” she said and I gasped. “What happened?” I asked worried. She hadn’t seemed the same since Seth and Azera died. “I don’t think it was too serious, but she felt ill and threw up a little.” I thought for a minute. I guess we haven’t been resting too much, and we hadn’t been eating as much as we should… I guess she could be sick too.. Dragons must get sick I mean..
“Is she okay now?” Dani nodded. “Yeah, she seems fine now. But I think we should spend a night here, or very nearby. We need to make sure everybody has come out of the caves.” I nodded, “Okay, sounds good.” I looked around. It didn’t look like there was really any good place to camp out. No good caves and such.. And I don’t know if we could all fit in a cave. And it seemed warm enough in here.. Where ever we were.
Dani nodded and went back to Io and I started to spread the news around that we were stopping for the day.

I smiled, Luna was such a nice girl! “So, a fish halfer, right?” she asked and I looked at her blankly…. “What?” …..Dang! Was I spending too much time around that d*mn fish, now I smell like one!! GAHHHHHH!!! Note to self; stop hanging around that old fish-hag…
“Nothing…” she cleared her throat, “So, what things do you like to do?" I looked at her blankly again… What did I like to do? I hadn’t actually done something in days since I arrived at this place. ((Note: to him, he just stumbled across this place a few days ago, but it’s been more like a few decades. Time is much slower here, so just by being here a few hours, it’s been a week or so on the outside.))
“Umm… Are you alright?” I snapped out of it. “I dunno..” she looked at me like I was crazy.. “I just got here a few days ago…” I tried to remember… Now.. What was I doing here? Was I lost too? Must be. “I guess… I’ve mostly been sleeping, running around trying to find a way out, and swimming.. I guess you can could that as things I like to do…” I shrugged.
I was about to ask her what she liked to do when a girl a little younger than her walked up, “Luna, we’re stopping soon to rest.” She nodded. “Ohhhh you’re that kid from before!” I nodded remembering her now. Her eye twitched and she glared at me. “I do have a name you know…” I scratched my head. What was it again? I snapped my fingers and smiled, “Marry!” “NO!” she shouted back before storming off… Wow, short temper…
I laughed, “So anyway, tell me a little about yourself, Luna.” I smiled, “What do you like to do?”

Once we were all settled down, I tried to look around for people I knew. I frowned. Why didn’t I know who some of these people were?! I twitched my tail annoyed at not knowing them, and then that stupid fish… “…Sky? You alright?” I snapped out of it and looked over at Kasumi and Tamotsu…Wait..WHEN DID THEY GET BACK?! Ahhh! SEE! This is what I mean! In a small group, I would have known as soon as they showed up! “Kasumi… Tamotsu!” I smiled, “I’m glad you’re both back now!” I ran over and hugged both of them.
They laughed, “Yeah, it’s great to be back!” Tamotsu nodded, “So are you doing alright? You seem a little tense.” I sighed. “Yeah, I guess. Just frustrated, that’s all,” I sighed and sat down next to Kasumi. Tamotsu looked at me, “Anything we can do to help?” Yeah, kill the fish guy, I thought silently to myself. Marry, gezz…. “Nah, I don’t think so. It’s just.. The group is so big now.” I laughed. I always wanted to have a lot of friends, ones who weren’t other cats, or just humans who seemed to pity me. And now I had gotten my wish, surround by halfers…
Kasumi laughed too, “I know! I mean, man, you guys sure picked up a lot while we were gone! I can’t even keep track of all of them!” I nodded, “Yeah! That’s exactly it! How do they know me if I don’t know them!!!!” I said frustrated. She smiled, “Well, you are kind of leading this thing, so they should know you right?” I blushed and looked at the ground. “Well… I’m not really leading it.. I mean, if they follow me, cool. But I-I wouldn’t make a good leader…” I said embarrassed. I never thought of myself as a leader or anything..
“I just wish I knew who they all were!” They both nodded. “Yeah.. That would be helpful…” Tamotsu said thoughtfully. “You could go and introduce yourself to each of them.” Kasumi suggested. I shook my head, “It would take too long…. And I doubt I would remember all of their names.” The three of us pondered for a moment, “You could have some kind of meeting or something and we could all introduce ourselves or something.. Maybe tell something about yourself.. Something you like, your favorite color.. I don’t know,” he said and shrugged.
Kasumi nodded. “Yeah. I think that sounds like a good idea…” I smiled, “Great! I’ll go and call it now!” I stood up and thanked them before looking for a rock or something to stand on. I stopped abruptly… I really was acting like some kind of leader. I shook my head, if they want to follow me they can, but I am in no way the leader! I thought to myself as I jumped up onto a rock. No one seemed to notice at first. “Excuse me! AHEM!!!” I swished my tail annoyed. “HAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY LISTENNNNNNNN!!!!” ((Me: hahaha, Navi… Hay! Listen! Hay! Listen! LISTEN!!!! @___@ *pissed off fairy* … *shot*))
Everyone got quiet and looked up at me, and I started to feel self-conscious. “W-well… As you know.. We’re stopping here… For tonight.. To rest… We’ll leave in the morning…” I said trying my best not to babble. They looked at me confused and I glanced over at Kasumi and Tamotsu. They smiled and waved me on to continue. “Sooooo.. I thought that maybe cause our group was so big, we could, you know.. Get to know each other…?” I shrugged. Why hadn’t I planned anything out! “Umm…. So… Yup!” I tried to smile, but they all seemed to stare back blankly.
I cleared my throat. “I guess I should go first than!” I said and tried to smile, “I’m Sky!” I said while bowing slightly, “Umm.. I am a cat halfer and… I like… Umm.. Climb trees…?” I said saying the first thing that came to mind. “And so.. Um.. I’ll let someone else talk know.. Hahaha…” nervously laughing, I jumped off the rock and ran over to Kasumi and Tamotsu. They laughed, “You did great Sky!” I nodded still blushing a little.
