Kasumi~
I sat on a chair at the inn that Tamotsu and I had learned to temporarily call home and twirled my new short hair around my finger.
My short hair took me back a few months to when Tamotsu and I had arrived in this small town after Io had left us.
We had dropped by this inn to find food and rest but the old woman was letting us stay for longer than most guests because she said “we had seen enough hardships.”
She was kind and wise but I dare not trust her with our past or even our names. Here, we went by Cassidy and Tom because after all, the New Agency might be looking for Aditi’s murderer.
It was our first night here that I had taken Anuklusmos, my sword, and chopped my hair off so that it just brushed my shoulders.
“Just needed a new start,” I had told Tamotsu with a smile.
A hand on my shoulder jerked me back to the present. I started and picked up the knife from the silverware in front of me, ready to defend myself.
“Easy, Cas!” laughed Tamotsu, “It’s only me!”
I dropped the knife on the table and sunk in my chair. “What are we going to do, Tom? I can’t stand just waiting here, doing nothing.”
“I know. That’s why I wanted to talk to you,” he said while looking directly into my eyes.
I knew that look. It was his “I-feel-like-we-made-a-mistake-look.”
“Go on,” I said with a grin.
He sighed and looked away, “We need to go back. We need to find the group. We need to find Harmony. You know it, too. We won’t be able to rest until we do!”
I sighed, “You never change. I’ve been wondering how long it would take you to tell me that.”
Then I stood up and walked over to the old woman.
“Gran (that’s what she told us to call her), Tom and I must leave now. Thank you so much for your hospitality,” I said with a smile as I plopped a small bag of money into her hand, “It’s not much but it’s all we have.”
She didn’t seem surprised at our sudden decision but instead tried to return the money, “I don’t need this. Won’t you need it on your journey?”
“Nah,” I said and put my hand behind my head, “Won’t need it where we’re going!”
She smiled, “Have a safe journey, dears.”
Tamotsu gave her a quick hug and we departed with a little bit of food to keep us alive on the trek.
It was a few days march before we began to recognize landmarks again, and one day Tamotsu told me to stop.
“What?” I asked, gripping the hilt of my blade.
He pointed to a cave, “Over there.”
I just rolled my eyes at him and didn’t bother asking him why or how he knew the cave held something we were looking for.
Then we made our way over towards the large cave and ventured inside.
“You think they’re in-“ Tamotsu started but a deep rumbling from all around cut him off.
“MOVE!” I yelled and shoved him further into the cave as rocks began to fall around us.
We managed to stay on our feet pretty well at first but then began to trip over fallen rocks.
When the collapse of the entrance had stopped, I picked myself off the ground, but didn't see Tamotsu anywhere. Where was he?!
“Hello? Anyone in here?” I yelled into the pitch black of the cave.

To the Moon for it is very pretty and littlepooch said you's might like it.
Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house
Not a creature was stirring, though maybe a mouse.
The stockings were hung by the chimney with care,
In hopes that St Nicholas soon would be there.
The giftee was nestled all snug in her beds,
While visions of sugar-plums danced in her head.
And I in my underwear, and not much more than that,
Had just racked my brains for a long winter’s snack.
When out on my brain there arose such a clatter,
I sprang from the kitchen to make what was the matter.
Away to the computer I flew like a flash,
Tore though the log in and click up the Flash...9
The moon was drawn on the breast of the new-fallen snow
Gave the lustre of mid-day to crafted objects below.
When, what to my image manipulating eyes should appear,
But a miniature sleigh, and eight tinny reindeer.
With a little old driver, so lively and quick,
I drew in a moment what look kinda like St Nick.
More rapid than eagles his coursers they came,
And I hastened, and shouted, and called them by name!
"Now Dasher! now, Dancer! now, Prancer and Vixen!
Copy on, Comet! Paste on, Cupid! Paste on, Donner and Blitzen!
To the top of the porch! to the top of the wall!
Now shade away! shade away! shade away shadows to all!"
As dry leaves that before the wild hurricane fly,
When they meet with an obstacle, mount to the sky.
So up to the house-top the coursers they flew,
With the sleigh full of Toys, and St Nicholas too.
And then, in a twinkling, I drew on the roof
The prancing and pawing of each little hoof.
As I drew on my monitor, and was changing scenes around,
Down the chimney St Nicholas came with a bound.
He was dressed all in fur, from his head to his foot,
And his clothes were all tarnished with ashes and soot.
A bundle of Toys he had flung on his back,
And he was drawn like a peddler, just opening his pack.
His eyes-how they twinkled! his dimples how merry!
His cheeks were roses pasted, his nose copied from a cherry!
His droll little mouth was drawn up like a bow,
And the beard of his chin was as white as the snow.
The stump of a pipe he held tight in his teeth,
And the smoke it encircled his head like a wreath.
He had a broad face and a little round belly,
That shook when he laughed, like a bowlful of jelly!
He was chubby and plump, a right jolly old elf,
And I laughed when I drew him, in spite of myself!
A wink of his eye and a twist of his head,
Soon gave me to know I had nothing to add.
I spoke not a word, but went straight to my work,
And filled all the scenes, then turned with a jerk.
And sadly laying my finger aside of infamous alt-F10,
And the scream clean, down did my head slam!
I sprang from my desk, to the world gave a scream,
And away in Africa all knew the pain such a shout means.
But I heard dad exclaim, ‘ere he woke out of the sleep,
"Happy Christmas to all, and to bed you'd better leap!!!!"

T__T Still very sorry that I haven't posted in the longest time~ Sorry.. I think I'm better know~ ^^; Things just kept coming up and I got busy or something would happen and I'd lock myself in my room for half the day -__-;; BUT! I'm (hopefully) better now =D
ON TO MY POST! (someone hit me if I totally screw everything up -_-)

My eyes opened slowly and I tried to focus them as I looked out the window sleepily than sat up and did a little cat strech before getting out of bed and walking around. At first, I tried to remember what the heck I was doing here before the memories of Vana came back. I rubbed my eyes. 'Thats right.. I'll have to talk to Jake about that... Did he really intend to take her with us?' I thought as I stumbled down the stairs and looked around the lobby. By now, most of the group was already down there and seemed to want to get out of the town.
I did a quick head count, only to grumble at seeing my numbers were off -_- "Crap, how in the world did we pick up so many halfers.." I muttered to myself since the number had now grown... I shrugged and started to make my way around the hotel, making sure everyone who intended to come with us was up.
Once that was done, we started to move out.

We had been walking for almost half the day now as I rested my head on Moon's shoulder and continued to match his pace. “There’s a cave up ahead. We’ll rest there.” I heard someone call and I sighed. Good.
Once we entered the cave I sat down on one of the rocks and Moon sat next to me. “Moon..” I said and he looked at me and I couldn’t help but smile and blush, “I have to tell you something.. I-“ I was cut off by sudden screaming. I held onto Moon as the place shook and halfers ran around, avoiding the rocks that feel from the ceilings.
Moon took my hand and pulled me out of the way and pulled me towards the exit only to see that it had been covered up. All of the halfers ran around in confusion and Moon pulled me towards one of the other smaller passages that lead deeper into the cave.
He suddenly stopped and looked back, “Luna?” he looked around for her before looking back at me. “I’m sorry, Rika.” He let go of my hand and sprinted back to look for his sister as I took a step back and began running down the passage way.
Finally, I could see light as I ran through the opening and looked around in part amazement. It was almost like a jungle down here.. But as I looked around I heard a loud crash as rocks came down and sealed the exit. My eyes widened, “Moon!” I jumped to claw the rocks away, only to find I couldn’t use my animal for any more.
I sank to my knees and then was finally aware that there were others with me. Looking back I saw it was Kari, Machii and Zoey…

X3 And let the labyrinth plot commence! Okay okay, if my post made no sense (and it might have.. I haven’t rped in a while =-=;) They found this cave that has a bunch of smaller random tunnels in it, the roof starts to collapse, they freak out and run down different passages and end up in their groups that way ^^ Look to make sure you have your groups right here!! And they can’t use their animal form. Remember, please don’t have them run into any other group till the end :D
CK, talk to me if you want Jackie to come into this plot ^^ Same with you Gem if you get some more free time :D

Lastly; Thank you to those of you who participated in the SS event! And is this correct? Moon, Hita, Abyss, Gem, Bloo, and Momiji, you haven’t received a gift yet? If you have, please tell me X3; I might have missed it.. Gem and Moon, your gift giver person talked to me so you’ll hopefully have it in a day or two :’3 sorry~ But other than that, the people who did not submit the gift and did not talk to me, you will have two days to reply to my PM. If you don’t, I will consider you as “dropped out” and I will cover your gifts -_- BUT, if you did not give a gift, or receive a gift, it will be like you did not participate.
