"Tsuki?" I asked. As the girl came closer, I realized my mistake, and she shook her head. She removed the dart, and I looked off in the way the trucks had gone. How could I have been so stupid? Why didn't I save her...
Faintly, I acknowledged that the others were talking behind me. My head pounded, filled with the sounds of her voice.
"I said, go away!" I flinched at the harsh tone. We had been together so long... It was possible to grow tire of a person, and now that we had a group...
Shaking away the thoughts, my resolve hardened. I had to save her. But in my current state, it wasn't going to happen. Flying was the best option, but I couldn't fly when my head was spinning... For now, I would have to depend on Tsuki to get herself out...

I woke up drowsily, alone in the dark. Sitting up, I started breathing heavily. Alone. No one was there. Dark and cold... Was this another nightmare? ... No, it was real. My ears caught the sound of a motor. I was in the back of a vehicle? Yeah, some kind of van or such. Okay, calm down Hana. There must be someone driving. You're not...
Wait, the driver... It hit me what was happening. The memories of the past fight came back, and I shivered. They had caught me. I was being taken... somewhere.
Feeling around, I was alone except for a few cages. Maybe other halfers were there, but I wasn't sure. Leaning my ear against the side wall separating me and the driver, I listened to his conversation with someone over the radio.
"Yes, Mistress Giovana! I recieved the transmission. We're taking the long way to avoid the escapees." From the guys speach, it sounded like some of the other halfers got rescued. My head throbbed, and I realized I was in no condition to make a scene. Maybe when the truck stopped I could launch a surprise attack...
Who knows how much later, I felt the truck jump to a stop. There was sounds of yelling voices outside. Standing by the door, I was ready to jump. Slowly, a crack of light formed, and the door started to open...
As soon as it was wide enough, I jumped out, looking around viciously at the hunters around me. Before I could fully observe the scene, I felt something on my neck, and then something clicked. Whirling around for an attack, my hand suddenly stopped, shaking. Suddenly, there was a jolt of electricity in my neck, and I fell to me knees.
"Oh! She's a feisty one! She'll make a nice toy!" came a girls voice. I looked up to see a girl with big blue pony tails. What the hell was going on?!

I groggily opened my eyes in time to see a lithe silhouette slip out of the hotel room's door.
My first two thoughts were, "Dear Gods, my arm hurts" and, "Wait...who left the room?"
It took me about two seconds to look at my bullet-wounded arm, Abby's empty bed, then speed off after her. What was she dong?!
It didn't take even a minute to catch up with her, and I caught and steadied her as she began to fall. "Whoa, there." I said, turning her around to face me, "What are you doing?" I demanded, trying to to look as angry/worried/emotionally screwed over as I really was.
Abby's eyebrows furrowed and she bit her lip, "I was looking for Alissa..." she looked down.
I let out a sigh, "You can't. Not in your condition." she looked like she was about to protest so I added, "But, I will."
Abby stood up straight, "But, I want to help...!" she attempted, her voice raising minutely to a whine.
"And I can't leave you here alone." I kneeled down, "Here, get on my back and I'll carry you. They're probably long gone from this hotel, so we need to get out."
Abby looked at me for a minute, then tried to smile as she got on my back, "...Alright."
As soon as we got outside of the hotel, we found that we weren't the only ones who had been left at the hotel. There was a small group gathered up and conversing.
"Hey." I called, drawing their attention, I nodded my head in lieu of waving, "Did ya miss us?"
That Rika girl looked over at us, and then at Moon, "Okay. I think that might be all of us, then."
Moon shrugged.
I walked up to them, "Everyone else has been taken?" I asked.
Rika--Gods, I hope that's her name, cause I'll feel stupid otherwise--nodded, "Yes."
"Huh." was all I could say, because three familiar figures raced toward us, "Ice!" I called, glad to see a truly familiar face.
He and Nanuke were half-dragging Shadow as they approached us. Nanuke looked at all of us and explained, "They took Kallik and Echo." she said gravely.

I just felt the need to post.
Rika, Moon, Nakuke, Ice, Shadow, and Abby were all at least mentioned in there. ^^;;

I sighed looking at the enraged Shadow with Ice trying desperately to keep him from doing anything stupid. "We should go and try to find the others," I said, looking at both of them.
Ice nodded his agreement as Shadow tried to race off again.
We walked, as well as dragged Shadow, to the front of the hotel. I was surprised to see that several members of the group were already there.
"They took Kallik and Echo," I explained when we got up to them.

The hunters through us back in the cages. I whimpered as they did this to all of us. They realy hurt the one dog Echo had helped again, I couldn't remember his bread. After they had us all in cages again they set off with us to where ever they were taking us again, not stopping the rest of the way there.

Being left with Zero's friend wasn't my first choice. No, I would rather have gone with Zero to help save my best friend, but then I would have only gotten in the way. I sighed as I began pacing. What if Zero was captured? Or worse?! I was beginning to grow a little panicky
Kiyoko put a hand on my shoulder. "Just calm down, ok?" she said. "Zero knows what he is doing. And he really likes Ariel. They are a good team." She smiled lightly, to try and make me do the same.
The corners of my lips went up, but it was far from a smile. I was too worried to do anything of the sort. "M-maybe w-we should g-go f-find S-Sky," I suggested. Regrouping with everyone else sounded like a good idea to me. They would know what to do.
We searched for awhile, but didn't find Sky. We found Rika.

As the foot steeps came closer I waited in anticipation. Would it be friend, or foe??! I felt Cloe shift silently as the foot steeps seemed to stop a little ways from the cave before coming forward.
I flinched a little bit as a head came into the cave but soon felt relived to see it was just a kid. His eyes widened and he looked like he was going to scream, but before he could I quickly camped my hand over his mouth and pulled/dragged him into the cave.
Struggling for a moment in my grip I tried to get him to calm down by whispering in his ear, "Be silent...they are coming." he stopped moving and I let my hand drop silently from his mouth.
I could hear the foot steeps and than the voices of hunters, "I think we got the last of them." one of them said wile pacing a few feet away from the cave. Another one snickered, "Look again." and I could only imagine what they were pointing to.
A third one joined in on the laughing, "Oh look. The little halfers were even nice enough to leave us a set of foot prints..." the three of them started to come closer as the boy with brown hair continued to swish his tail nervously.
"Come on!" Mat whispered, "I bet we can take em!" I shook my head. Mat was even younger than this guy, yet seemed to have enough confidence for the both of them. I heard the click of a gun and everyone tensed.
"Do you want us to do this the easy way or the hard way."

I continued to watch as Moon and his sister started talking again and couldn't help but feel out of place some how. I soon started to zone out of their conversation. Things seemed to have calmed down but it seemed too quiet for a once full place of halfers...
"Rika?" I looked at Moon and smiled. "Is something wrong?" he asked with worry in his voice. I hesitated, "It...Just seemed a little too quiet here..." He nodded. "Do you think we should go and look for them?" I nodded and glanced at Luna who nodded as well, even though she probably didn't know who "everyone" was...
I changed into my hyena form and kept my ears pricked and alert for voices, foot steeps, guns, anything that would be helpful, yet I couldn't hear anything.
"What if we separate for a little bit?" Luna suggested, "It might help since Moon said you guys were traveling in a large group." I nodded. It sounded reasonable. "We'll meet outside in the front once were done." Moon said as we started to go separate ways.
I continued to walk up the stairs and down the empty and partly bloody hallways until finally I heard something! I ran up another flight of stairs until I heard voices chartering and I stopped outside the door. Slowly it quieted down in the room.
"Zoey..." I heard a boy whisper, "Do you think it's another???" A female's voice replied, "If it is, we can take em'!" Well, they obviously weren't hunters I thought and opened the door. They both seemed ready for the worst but let their guard down when they saw me.
"Hay! I know you!" the girl chirped, "Yeah," the guy, I assume her brother, added. "Rika, right?" I nodded. The boy with glasses looked around. "Is...It...You know, done?" I assumed he was talking about the battle and I nodded.
"Thats good!" the girl said with a smile and walked back over to the window. "Good! You and Colette are done too!" she looked back at her brother and than me. "Go and join them if you want, just be sure you all meet back out front." I told both of them and watched and her brother ran over to join her and they both transformed into their bat form and flew down off the ledge.
I turned away form the room and continued to walk around until it seemed I had completed enough and I started on my way to meet back with Moon and Luna. Looking around the hall I found a door with the exit sign above it and I opened it and started to walk around to the front when I heard some moaning and I sighed and went to see if it was a halfer or hunter.
Once I turned the corner I see the owl halfer in a tangle of net I ran over to him and he seemed to be partly awake, but still unable to think clearly. His eyes turned to me and they seemed to try to focus, "Tsuki?" he asked I shook my head as I pushed down on his shoulder and pulled the tranquilizer dart out than started to unravel the net around him.
If I remembered correctly, Tsuki was the girl who always hung around him...She must have been taken...I helped him stand up than partly dragged him towards our meeting point.
I saw Moon coming out of the hotel followed by the foxcoon and white fox girl. I helped the owl halfer sit down and walked over to Moon, "Do you think thats everyone?" He shrugged, "I'm not sure, it's hard to keep track of everyone in such a large group..." Just than Luna showed up.
