(Please Note: This WAS at one point in time a RP, but for reasons, I have closed it. Why would I not just delete the world? Because this rp is filled with memories of my three years on TheOtaku along with all my past and present members. I think it would kill us all to see it all just vanish. It was a fun ride, Community Fusion, and thanks ^^)

Harmony, a place we thought was only in the legends. It was a place where all the half breeds tried to go, to escape the life they lived is, constantly looked down on by the humans. Two years, we looked around the world, we lost some, and gained some, some even gave up along the way believing that such a place didn’t exist. But we made it, we found Harmony. Many of us lived peacefully for a few years, we made lives and were reunited with the ones we thought were lost. All seemed right and in place, until the guardian of Harmony turned up dead.

When we first arrived at the gate of Harmony, we were approached by a beautiful serpent Half Breed. Later, we found she was a god. She was a guardian, one who watched and protected it from those who wished ill on it. We were made aware of what had happened by the god who watched and protected the inside of Harmony. With her dying breath, she sealed the entrance to Harmony.

With this turn of events, we decided to leave, to go back to the human’s world to discover what had become of it. And… What awaited us was a great surprise. Time passes slow in Harmony, while it felt like only a short few years, ten years had passed within the human’s world. Not only that, but all half breeds were forced to be kept by humans. They became nothing more than a servant or pet. Besides that, there were other species. Half breeds who lost their way and became nothing more than a beast, one who mindlessly fights. Cross Breeds, those who were a result of experiments and were a mix of two animals, but just in appearance holding none of the enhanced senses.

All of this… Has become of the Human’s world. Well, there’s no turning back now that the entrance to Harmony was hidden and sealed. All we can do is keep moving forward.

Here's the world where you create your own halfbreed and return to the Human's world after years of a peaceful life in Harmony. Drama, action, and romance, that's what this adventure's all about so don't be afraid to put in a few twists into the mix.

“Get out here Jethro!”

He shouted, “NO!”

“IF YOU’RE NOT COMING OUT, I’M COMING IN!”

Claudia sighed as I broke down the door, sword in hand. I stormed towards him and grabbed his hair.

“OW! LET GO!”

“Oh. It’s you guys.”

I pulled the young mutt out as Prince started to talk to some people.

“Oh! Before I forget!” Claudia held him in a headlock (how she did that is a secret…)

She released him and muttered, “Be happy I saved you mutt.”

“I AM NOT A MUTT!”

I laughed. What a pair! ‘Maybe it’ll work after all.’

“Mutt and otter, I now pronounce you husband and wife!”

“They’re getting married?” The girl spoke up.

“Obviously not.” He seemed to be trying not to laugh.

“What do you know Commodore Fuzzy Paws?”

“Shut up Kitten.”

Prince walked up beside me, and sighed. “This again?”

“How often?”

He shook his head. Looks like that was a mystery.

I had a headache, and these two weren’t making it better. So, I did what any normal ten-year-old would do—I beat them up.

“Attack me, and I’ll kill you!”

I just went on; sure that Kari would protect me if they decided to try to stab me.

“Those two being beaten by a pipsqueak must be embarrassing.”

They both laughed, but Jethro stared in shock, unsure of what he had gotten into.

“So, now will you say it?”

A Special Place

Sky lead Machii out into the forest.

"Where are we going?" Machii panted.

"You'll see."

The rest of the trip was silent. They got to a clearing a stopped. Machii gasped in amazement.

There were more flowers than she had ever seen in her life. And not just on the ground. the trees were covered in moss, flowers sprouting from it.

"Like it, Chii-chan?" Sky asked.

"I love it! I've never seen anything so amazing in my entire life!"

"Good. It can be our special place. Come here whenever you need someone to talk to."

Machii hugged Sky. "Oh Sky, thank you so much!"

Sky smiled. "No problem. Let's stay here for a bit."

"Okay."

They lay back. Machii got comfortable, then drifted off. The next thing she heard was a terrible roar.

Second Chances

Kasumi turned her gaze on me.

"I don't like it either Kas. But if Tamotsu trusts her, don't you?"

Kasumi huffed again and grumbled to herself.

Shiori kelt with her head down and wouldn't look at any of us.

"Shiori," I said

She startled and looked up at me. "Yes?" At least her voice sounded strong.

"If you stay with us, you have to act like one of us. No harm to any innocent people, human or halfer."

She tried to rebutle but I gave her an icy stare.

"Yes, okay."

"Dani could you get blankets for her? She's going to stay with us," I said authoritativly.

"WHAT?!" Kasumi shouted. Tamotsu grabbed her hand.

Dani looked surprised at my decision, but did as I asked.

"It's fine Kasumi, she's not a bad person you'll see," Tamotsu said.

"Yeah whatever," Kasumi said.

"Thank you," Shiori said with a somewhat...un-practiced smile.

I looked over at her coldly, "Please don't make a fuss. We aren't here to babysit." I don't think I would ever like her, but she still deserved a second chance. Just like Gray. Just like everyone who had made bad decisions in life.

Tamotsu~ 

This girl before me wasn't evil. I could see it in her eyes. I saw her regrets and her hopes.

She was just lonely and longing to belong somewhere with friends.

Then I looked back at Aditi's body. Tyler? Who was he? 

I leaned over and picked up her pistol. Then I lifted Aditi's arms and placed them in a position over her heart where the dagger was. Although I hated her, I wanted her to be at peace still.

"Come on, Shiori," I said to the sea serpent halfer with an almost cometely sincere smile, "Let's go back."

I restrapped my bow to my back and started off, but Shiori stayed put.

Turning to her, I asked, "What's wrong? Aren't you coming?"

She looked like she was battling different thoughts in her mind. I knew the feeling of confusion far too well.

I walked back towards her and took her hand with a smile, "Don't worry. They'll accept you, I'm sure of it. And if they don't, we can be misfits together! But it won't come to that."

Then I pulled her along through the snow. She only hesitqted a little in the beginning but she soon kept pace beside me.

When we came in view of the building, I saw Kasumi pacing in front of it with Io beside her and released Shiori's hand.

She saw me and ran over. 

"Tamotsu, you idiot!" she scolded me, "Where'd you go?! Why the h*ll is Shiori with you?! Are you bleeding?!" 

She fired question after question before Io came over and put a hand over her mouth.

"Let's go inside," Io said and gestured towards the door.

I nodded and went in first, followed by Kasumi, Shiori and Io.

"Let's go to our room," Io said and led us upstairs.

Once we were in Dani, Kasumi, and Io's room, Kasumi cleaned my wound and bandaged me up.

Then I told them about Aditi's demise and then how I found Shiori.

Once I finished and placed Aditi's gun on the table, Kasumi slammed her fist on the table before her and yelled, "TAMOTSU YOU COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED! AND SHIORI?! SHE WAS ADITI'S FRIEND!"

I looked at her calmly and replied, "I knew what I was doing and Shiori's fine. She's not like Aditi and I want her to join us."

Kasumi slouched back in her chair, sighed, then looked at Io.

Then I waited for their response to it all.

Lost

"James i think we're lost." Tori sighed as she ran a hand threw James' fur. James was traveling in his tiger form and leave it to the tiger to get them lost.
"Well i'm sorry Tori, not all of us have a perfect sense of direction." James huffed as they entered a town that seemed to be in the middle of nowhere.
