Okay, I know I keep pushing the date farther and farther back, and I’m really sorry for that ;-;’ Things have been, well to say the least, a bit crazy. Plus school started... So, I’m going to try and get them out of Harmony soon.

It seemed almost strange sometimes at how much time had passed since we had gotten here. I sighed and stared out the window a moment longer before feeling a tap on my shoulder. “Earth to Sky! Quit day dreaming!” I looked up at my older sister. She had her hair neatly pulled back and was wearing a white dress today and black flats and a black jacket. She really needed to wear some kind of color…. All my family did…
I looked away again, “What?” she started tapping her foot. “You’re supposed to go to the store, remember?” that’s right…… “Yeah, I know, I was on my way, until you interrupted me.” I said and quickly hurried out the door. I shook my head, I swear, Harmony seemed nice, and I knew it was, it’s just…. When I saw my family I thought it was too good to be true, now I wish they would just leave. I had forgotten how annoying they could be, and my father…
I hissed just getting annoyed thinking about it. And it didn’t help that the guardian who was always at the gate of Harmony was dead now.. She seemed so powerful when I had meet her just a few years ago.. And now to think she’s gone. I looked up at Sebastian’s little shop and saw he was out. A lot of us had just created lives of our own here.
Sometimes, it really did seem too good to be true. Sometimes it seemed too perfect. That’s why I wanted to leave… I wanted to see what had happened the few years we were gone. But I knew I couldn’t ask my friends to just leave there peaceful lives to come with me. I sighed and strolled into the store to see an all too familiar face. “Lucy!” I exclaimed as I walked over to where she was talking to Asuka who was holding hands with Ben. “Ben! Asuka!” I ran up and hugged Asuka. I hardly saw her now days.
“Sky! It’s wonderful to see you!” she smiled. “Wow, this is interesting running into you three.” I said grinning. Asuka nodded. “We were just picking something up..” she looked up at Ben. “Sorry we couldn’t chat longer, but we have to go.” She and Ben started to walk away, “Bye Lucy! Bye Sky!” Ben waved as well and I couldn’t help but feel a little sad to see her go. She had been one of the first half breeds I had meet, and now I hardly see her…
But oh well! It’s not like she’s gone forever or something! I thought shaking the thought from my head and I turned to Lucy. “Hay, do you think we could talk? I’ve… Had something on my mind for a while.. I’m not really sure who else to talk to.” Lucy looked concerned, “Everything alright?” I nodded and quickly went to grab whatever my sister had on the list before checking out.
We walked silently for a while before I started to speak. “I… want to leave…” Lucy looked at me surprised, “Leave?” she echoed, still trying to comprehend. “Leave… Harmony?” I nodded slowly. “Do… Do you think that would be a good idea? Especially after… You know, what’s happened?” I looked at the ground. I wasn’t really sure. We wouldn’t know what to expect, but….
“Hay, Sky, Lucy! Wait up!” we both turned and saw Ariel and Alicia jogging towards us. I smiled, “Hay! How are you two doing?” they smiled and both replied they were doing good. I could see that Lucy was still partially staring at me, probably wondering if I had been serious or not about leaving.
“So, what are you two up to?” Ariel asked. I debated on if I wanted to tell them or not… “Just.. Talking.” I finished weakly. I tried to smile, but Ariel knew me waaaayyy better than that. “Sky…. Lucy….” She said looking at both of us. I was trying to think of what to say when Lucy spoke, “W-we want to leave!” so she did too……
Ariel blinked in surprise and Alicia seemed even more surprised, “Leave! What do you mean?” I looked at the ground, “Leave Harmony… Go back to the human world….” I waited for what they would say.

Hopping off at the yard. I felt great, it was in the middle of a odd heat wave and I was loving it. I was filling good and I hoped the whole world knew it. I don't really get down unless I'm cold but now I felt I could take on the world.
A new city to flip upside down.

I stood stationary at the door. Every few moments I looked out at the world I could never know again. My task at this time was to let my master in when he returned.
My cheek was bleeding again and dark spots were showing up on my shirt.
After standing there for so long my legs were stif and the blood on my cheek was dry my ears picked up a car in the drive. As two steps of foot falls approached I causally and slowly opened the door.
As they neared the door I got a look at the man with my master. His blond hair had been slicked back, and he was without his shirt. A thick mettle collar was fitted around his neck, this collar looked a little to tight, much like my own, which had been around my neck sense Master had put it there seven years ago.
He always left them there until they were so tight they were starting to cut into your neck. Mine was small enough that there was no way to get it over my head, and as I wasn't aloud to change into my cat form that meant it could not be removed. By now I could feel it against the front of my neck.
As my focus returned to the new man I made out all the bruises and wounds on him. He had been beaten and sold, I was sure of it, or I thought so. That was based off my nightmares.
"YOU STUPID CAT!!!!!!" Master roared as he reached the door. I felt my body get slammed into the wall as he shouted. He removed his arm from my chest and let me fall to the floor.
"YOU SEE IT, YOU SEE THE MESS YOU MADE!?!?!?!?" Master yelled at the top of his longs. There, right in front of my noes was blood, dried on the floor. How had I not seen it? Probably the same way as I'd missed so much else throughout my time. I just didn't see it.
"YOU CLEAN THAT CAT'S MESS UP THEN I'LL PUT YOU WHERE YOU BELONG!!!!!!!!" Master bellowed at the new guy as he clipped a short hand leash onto my collar and dragged me off throwing me violently into my pen.

On a beautiful fu**ing overcast day.
In the middle of fu**ing winter.
In the fu**ing north.
Middle of the fu**ing city.
Oh, and I'm being hunted. Props to those fu**ing a-holes, IT'S COLD.
Dashing my way through a park, the slavers on my ass, snow on the ground, and I have not a fu**ing coat to keep me warm. My boots gripped the snow as I did my best to lose the fools. The kids just pointed at me and laughed. I hit a small pond and skidded across popping a move for the audience, keeping my step as I hit the others side. One guy slipped up on that little obstacle, great, one down, many to follow. Dashing through the cat tails, I ran into woods and did my best to dodge the trees. I couldn't slow down, even when the ever present chase ender, Mr. Barbed Fence, showed his crushing face in my path.
Not today, Mr. Fence.
5 paces shy I jumped, jumped off of a tree, grabbed a overhanging limb, shimed up it and jumped clear over the fence.
Next thing I knew I was falling ass over face down a hill and into oncoming freeway traffic. Stopping and recovering in the middle of the two lanes I waited for a opening in traffic and bolted through it. I vaulted over the dividing fence and dashed through the remaining traffic lanes. Up the hill and with frosted hands climbing the fence. With no ease at all I ran though a suburban yard, hissing at a dog to scare him away. I hopped another fence and was out in a culd-e-sac of identical homes. I continued to sprint down the road with much haste, wondering how far behind those suckers were. I was almost out of stamina when I started to cross a train crossing heading east-west (if you think about it all rail lines go two ways) and I head the blessed horn of a east bound train.
From now on, I am a born again Christian.
I got off the tracks and hid on the side. There were three train locomotives, a shorter train than some, but carrying a vast number of car carriers. I waited for the last car and jumped on, praying I wasn't spotted by anyone, I pulled out some wire cutters and loosened a corner so I could squeeze in. Once inside I breathed a sigh of relief. Full of Toyotas, this train was going from the Seattle plant to Detroit, where they would be bought by the large population of union workers of the Big Three. My goal was Michigan, a state with many secluded lakes and Indian folk tales, as well as the last recorded place of my friend. I pulled out my patch of bear fur, knowing he had one of scales to compensate. Where was he...
A shiver went down my spine, reminding me of the cold. I climbed over several cars till I got to a '11 Land Cruiser. Opening a door a ripped a few wires from under the dash and jump started the car. Jamming the heat to full blast I tipped my hat down and caught up on some sleep.

I'm sorry if he seems a little out of the picture now, you all can report on him jumping off the train and such.

I knew of only two things...the watchful stares and the overpowering harsh lighting of the room. A man was gesturing to me and out to the crowd of onlookers.
