(Please Note: This WAS at one point in time a RP, but for reasons, I have closed it. Why would I not just delete the world? Because this rp is filled with memories of my three years on TheOtaku along with all my past and present members. I think it would kill us all to see it all just vanish. It was a fun ride, Community Fusion, and thanks ^^)
Harmony, a place we thought was only in the legends. It was a place where all the half breeds tried to go, to escape the life they lived is, constantly looked down on by the humans. Two years, we looked around the world, we lost some, and gained some, some even gave up along the way believing that such a place didn’t exist. But we made it, we found Harmony. Many of us lived peacefully for a few years, we made lives and were reunited with the ones we thought were lost. All seemed right and in place, until the guardian of Harmony turned up dead.
When we first arrived at the gate of Harmony, we were approached by a beautiful serpent Half Breed. Later, we found she was a god. She was a guardian, one who watched and protected it from those who wished ill on it. We were made aware of what had happened by the god who watched and protected the inside of Harmony. With her dying breath, she sealed the entrance to Harmony.
With this turn of events, we decided to leave, to go back to the human’s world to discover what had become of it. And… What awaited us was a great surprise. Time passes slow in Harmony, while it felt like only a short few years, ten years had passed within the human’s world. Not only that, but all half breeds were forced to be kept by humans. They became nothing more than a servant or pet. Besides that, there were other species. Half breeds who lost their way and became nothing more than a beast, one who mindlessly fights. Cross Breeds, those who were a result of experiments and were a mix of two animals, but just in appearance holding none of the enhanced senses.
All of this… Has become of the Human’s world. Well, there’s no turning back now that the entrance to Harmony was hidden and sealed. All we can do is keep moving forward.
Here's the world where you create your own halfbreed and return to the Human's world after years of a peaceful life in Harmony. Drama, action, and romance, that's what this adventure's all about so don't be afraid to put in a few twists into the mix.

And wow .o. A lot of people have been posting lately! *happy dances than knocks on wood trying not to jinx myself*
So far Gem, Rain, Anime-Chan, Hita, Koda, Ancient, and Yodel have cleared the two posts that are required per month. ^^ I'm not sure if I should be concerned or not that it's only seven people so far out of the twenty-one members >.>' I don't know, you all have until August 1st before you get a PM saying you did not clear the required two posts.
Also, since it's getting close to the end of this month, the chat room meeting will be held the 30th ^^ I hope more people will be able to show this time. More information is up in the introduction. Again, if something happens to come up and I'm unable to attend, there will be no post saying there is a chat room meeting so you should just assume that. As always, the name and password is the same:

I watched as Pierce run off into the snow. I was glad we had once again come to a mutual understanding. I stared after him, than in a split second decision I fallowed. I didn't know how the lion would react to me, He probably hadn't even seen me sense he had joined up with us. I knew what Pierce had been talking about. What I had been through, what had happened to my family. Even what had happened with Thunder made it harder for me.
The snow was coming down harder now. I was thankful for my thick fur.
I stopped outside the cave. I wasn't sure the lion, Jake, would like me. Finely I slipped into the cave and looked at Pierce and Jake.

Sorry it's so short, I didn't know where the conversation was going.

Going along to find a cave through the cold snow, I swear I could smell that lioness not far off. What was she doing? Following me? If she was and I was caught talking to her, God help me then.
Smelling a carcass not far off, I figured it would have to be in a cave. Who in their right minds would eat out in the weather? Racing off towards the smell, I found a gigantic cave filled with bones and one carcass that not even I wanted to particularly want to eat. It was a wildebeest and god, was it disgusting.
Avoiding the carcass, I searched the rest of the cave and found just only bones and the smell of that carcass. Deciding to clean it out, since I was sure nobody would want bones and a rotting carcass to sleep with beside them, I pushed the bones out of the cave with my nose and the carcass out with my teeth and putting it far away. Why I was doing this, I had no idea. I hated the idea of this act, but it was the only way for the group to actually trust me.
As I cleaned out the rest of the cave of the used bedding, I smelled something not far off. It was the cow, Pierce. What did he want? Surely, it wasn't to put doors on my head again. Sighing, I cleaned out the whole cave and when I had my back turned, I smelled Pierce inside the cave.
Whipping around, I transformed back into my human form and walked over to Pierce, was just walking into the cave.
"What?" I growled towards him and he didn't flinch. Just looked at me instead.
"Can we talk?" Pierce asked and I sighed myself as I smelled the woman coming my way, and possibly, a wolf not far off either. It wasn't that Maki... it was somebody else I couldn't figure out. I could tell from his smell he was debating about following Pierce.
"Fine. What?"

I watched as Jake sped off to find a cave, sighing. I didn't quite know why, but Jake's acting was truly getting to me. It annoyed me that he had to act in order to find our eclectic group likable.
It annoyed me more that when I had first arrived, I had been the exact same. Everything had been for the one goal: Find and stay with Maki. No exceptions. The rest of the group...what had they been to me?
I looked down at my feet. Nothing. They had been nothing to me. Perhaps obstacles, even. I hadn't cared about any of them at all...and all that changed that was Maki.
Maki--the one who is always so sweet. Maki, the one's who's smile and caring nature is infectious. Maki, was my motive. Maki, was the one who made me care about the group, even if it's just the one's I'm getting to know.
But...where does that leave Jake? His motives were unknown to me. He wasn't in it for Harmony. He was in it for something else...so would he ever get anything other than what he wants the most? Would he ever start to care? Nothing really ties him to us, not really...
I shook my head, sighing. I'd have to talk to him. I would connect to him...but, only because, if Maki hadn't been there, connecting me to the others...
Suddenly, the back of my shirt was grabbed, and I was being tugged away to a quieter, more secluded place. I turned around to see Ice looking around quietly, then relaxing a bit and settling into a sitting position, looking at me for a long moment, his eyes worrying me.
"Ice, What's this about?" I asked, confused and a little worried.
"Pierce...I have a confession, I'm not sure I believe in Harmony. I mean, it sounds great, but, can there really be a place like that for us...?" Ice looked out at the rest of the group, his eyes surprisingly clouded for their usually clear, amazingly light blue.
My eyebrows raised, but my expression was soft, "There's nothing wrong with that." I blurted out, "Hey, don't worry. I don't really believe in it, either. I mean...I've seen too much darkness, ya know? I've just...I've lived in it, I've dwelled on it...I just cant believe that, somehow, there's a place where we'll all be accepted...where there's a place for all of us." I looked down.
"Yeah..." Ice looked back over at me, "It's like that everywhere, I guess...It feels like there's no place for you, at all, and there's no hope..." Ice sighed, "But..I wish it were possible. I want everyone to just be safe. I want to be able to protect everyone I care about...and if Harmony means they'll be happy, then I wish it existed." Ice closed his eyes.
I sighed, looking over at Ice, "Yeah...I know. If it would make Maki happy...and if it would leave her at peace...then, I'd do anything to make that fairytale real." I looked down, "But, I can't. So, I just have to hope it's real..." I looked back up at Ice, then sighed again, "But, it's never going to be so simple, is it?" I asked wearily.
Ice began to shrug, but then shook his head. "No, I get the feeling it wont. But, we can't do much else."
And once again Ice and I came to a mutually morbid understanding of the world, and, for a moment, I wished with everything I was that maybe, just maybe, there was a Harmony out there...
I sighed and got up, stretching and yawning.
Ice looked up at me, "Going to find Jake?" he guessed quietly.
I nodded, "Yeah, I have to." I answered solemnly.
Ice assessed me with his large, intelligent eyes, "Why?" he insisted.
I sighed and looked down, "I don't want him to end up all alone here, especially since I don't know how long he'll be with out group...I don't want that kind of...darkness to get into his soul..." I looked at Ice, "I've lived like that, with the resentment of the world on my shoulders, and resenting everything around me...Not knowing if Maki was dead, or alive, or if she ever existed to begin with. It's a terrible type of insanity, to be alone without purpose, and I don't want that to get into anyone. Not now, or ever. I doubt he's that vulnerable, but...I can at least try to get him to lighten up." I sighed, "You can come along, if you like. You don't have to, but you always can." I smiled a bit, then walked off
~Ice~
"And what," Pierce managed to say through his laughter, "was that for?"
I grinned, "That, was me saving your life."
"Aw! That means Lion-Boy got away, huh?" he whined lowering his head so he looked sad, but he couldn't stop laughing. "You think he was really gonna attack me?"
"Did you not see the look in his eyes? I knew he was going to!" I barked smiling.
He snickered, "Yeah, probably. But now I just have to hunt him down and continue." Pierce said, giving me a mischievous look. He looked up, "Maaaakkiiiii~!"
The other wolf walked up, "Hm?" she asked Pierce smiling.
"Help me up, Maki! It's cold and wet..." He said giving her puppy-dog eye until she helped him up
"You're such a baby." She muttered as I got to my paws and shuck the snow from my fur. "I swear, can't you take care of yourself?" She asked smiling.
"Only sometimes." Pierce snorted.
Maki transformed into a wolf. "Geez...How can you stand being out in the snow with your outfit?! It's so cold!" She barked at Pierce.
"Y'know? I really have no idea. Being a cow doesn't do much against the cold, so, I'm sort of stuck, anyway." Pierce shrugged while I contemplated the problem.
"Uhm...H-Hello..." A 13-year-old walked up quietly.
Maki gave Pierce a stern look, and he sighed. "Hey." he said raising one hand.
"Hello." Maki smiled shyly as she bowed.
I only bowed my head slightly,
Pierce walked off, most likely to find the lion halfer, Jake I think it was. I bowed my head to the girl again and fallowed Pierce.
I spotted him putting doors on the lion again. As the lion ran off ahead, I darted foreword and grabbed the back of Pierces shirt in my mouth. I polled him away from the others. I polled him to a spot where we could talk without anyone hearing. Looking around I decided this was a fine place.
"Ice, what is this about?" Pierce asked.
"Pierce, I have a confession, I'm not sure I believe in Harmony. I mean it sounds great, but can there really be a place like that for us." I said looking out at the others.
