I stepped forward.
"I'll join," I told Xavier, stepping forward. He nodded and we all started to run off towards the humans around the corner.
I didn't know exactly what I was doing, or why I was doing this, but I guess I just wanted a bit of excitement right now. Following Xavier and the whole group, we got to the humans, and a few of them shot at us. Basically easy to dodge, but I did feel a bullet scratch my arm and my ear. I growled loudly and leaped forward to attack the human, missing aim. What the hell?
I tried again but again, my aiming was off, I finally realizing my vision was off. Once again, I tried, but this time, I felt something wrap around my neck and seal on tightly, shocking me like the collar from the Ox half-breed. I growled and tried to get it off, but I got another shock. I breathed heavily, and shook off the pain. Stupid collar.
I felt another bullet, but it actually hit my chest this time. My lower abdomen really. I felt blood raise to my mouth and spurt out of my mouth, myself collapsing and having blackness sweep over my eyes, going unconscious.
