We have been in our room for a while..... sitting in silence.
"Hey, I wonder where Jethro went running off too..... Anyone know?" I ask the group, who are either sitting on a bed (like me) or the floor.
My brother, Zack, is sitting on the opposite bed. Belk is next to him. Colette and Lucy are on the floor.... looking up at us.
"Humph," Colette says. " Who cares about that mutt??? I sure don't!"
"Wasn't he being chased by Kari???" Zack says, pushing his glasses up on his nose. I think he looks really intelligent when he does that. :D
I was about to answer when we hear what sounds like doors slamming open. I run into the hallway, and am shocked at what I see. A bunch of muscular, bodyguard looking guys were all over the hotel!!!!! And, from where I am standing, not a single one of them is good-looking.
"Oh my gosh," I hear Belk whisper from where he stood behind me. I turn and push him back into the room, and lock the door behind me.
"Whats going on?" Lucy says when we walk in. She looks concerned, and Zack is scared out of his wits. It's not that you can tell by LOOKING at him, but I'm his twin, so I know the sorts of things.
" Uh.... they're are strange people inside." Belk says, looking at each of us in turn. "I think we're under attack." Immediately Colette springs up, ready to take action.
"Okay! Now, this is what we're going to do....." Shes a fast thinker, and starts to explain her plan. I only hope what she wants to do will work, so that all of us will be safe. Even though I should listen to the plan, my mind drifts off to the thought of Jethro, wondering if hes safe.

"So, now will you say it?" Kari looks at me, her Aqua eyes gleaming.
I smirk, unable to help myself.
"Hmmmm..... will I, or will I not?" I say, slowly standing up and moving around her. She has her sword up, but I'm pretty fast, so I think I can dodge if she decides to swing at me.
"Yes, I think you will." She says back, raising the sword a little higher. I glance at Claudia, who rolls her eyes at me. I then take as step back in the direction of the banister, as Kari steps forward.
"Say it, mu......" She gets cut off by a commotion downstairs... I smile.
Hmmmm, this is my chance. I'm ready to blow this joint, and I know just exactly how to do it. And hey, it'll save my life, right?
"I," One step back. "Think," another step back. "not!" I go into a back flip, right off the second floor. My landing gets messed up though, 'cause some pea brained moron was right below me. He was dressed in all black, and completely knocked out. I'm not that heavy!!! then again, I did jump off the balcony....
"Get back here, Mutt!" Kari screams as I take off. I snort. Yeah, like she really thinks I'll go back and get murdered by her? I think not.
"No way in heck sister!" I yell back, running towards the door. I'm about to leave when I see an unfamiliar face.
"I am Ren Kohei and I'm a shark halfer." I hear him say. I make a detour, facing him instead.
"Dude! You don't just run into some place and say that!" I say while grabbing his hand. I yank him toward the door, and the two of us make a break for it. I head for a nearby tree, and he follows.
"Ya'know, Ren?" I say. "Its really dangerous for us halfers... we can't just waltz into some building and be all like, 'Hey, I'm a halfbreed."" Its basically inviting someone to kill us!"
"Oh.... Well, I knew you were halfers, so I thought it wouldn't matter." I smile, and he grins back. There's a tree right above us, so I go ahead and hoist my self up into it. Ren follows my movements, then sits on the branch next to me.
"Anyways, I'm Jethro, a German Shepard halfer. Nice to meet'cha." I hold out my hand and he shakes it. We laugh, and I have a feeling me and him are going to get along. :D

The whole thing with Kari will have to wait for later, since Jethro just bailed and we have a whole bunch of (not good-looking) bodyguards attacking the hotel. :)
I REALLY hope I got everyone right, and if I didn't, you can shoot me and demand I fix it. :D
