As of now, CF isn't excepting applications for new members. If some time has passed since I put this up, check in the comment box because I'll comment there saying something like this "CF is excepting new member" or something like that. If you're not sure PM me.
And you can't create another OC unless you have 150+ points for your SECOND one. For your third and final one (yeah, me and the senior/leader board members thought 4 was too many) you have to have 225+ points to make him/her (not its please .__.) This rule is starting now so if you made the OC before it, you're good. But I would like to ask if you have four OCs if you would consider bringing it down to possibly 2 or 3? I mean, it's kinda hard to use all four.. (4 OCs don't apply to leader/senior members.)
