~Zero's POV~
After getting everyone out of the cages, I couldn't help but wonder where the hunters were. This was way too simple. There should be a guard here or something to prevent me from doing this.

We jumped out of the back, and the halfer, I think Kallik was his name, ran on ahead. Looking around, we were in a parking lot to some fast food restaurant. A pit stop? Ariel and I lagged back to make sure everyone was getting out safely. We were helping everyone jump down and would bring up the end of the train.

I heard a startled scream. Turning, I saw that Ariel had been grabbed from behind. She was being held tightly by some thug. I glared at him, wondering how I was going to do anything without getting Ariel hurt. I saw another hunter come up with Kallik in his possession. Dang it!

"Don't do anything stupid," I warned the hunters, ready to do whatever it took to make sure the two were safe.

"You aren't in any position to make any demands," the hunter that held Ariel told me. He knew she was special to me, and he was going to use that to his advantage.
