My eyes widened at the sight of the new halfer. She looked different, but her eyes were full of fire. I didn't realize I had tried to get closer to her until Olivia pulled my leash. "Heal Alec! You idiot!" I sat at her geeks. "And who are you?" The girl smiled. "I'm Andy. This is Willow." Olivia sneered. "What kind if dog is that? It's mangy looking! Does it have all it's shots?" I saw hatred in Willo's eyes but she did well in not showing it. Andy frowned. "Actually I came over because I was curious about your Cheetah. Is he a halfer? He's very well behaved." Olivia smiled. This is what she wanted. To be recognized. To stand out....even if it was by using me. "Of course he's well behaved. We've had him since he was little. My Daddy bought him at an auction you know. Alec owes us his life." She took this moment to pet my head. The firmness warned me not to cause trouble. I felt my body begin to shake. Tammy decided it was time to go. Olivia nodded. "Come Alec." she started to pull, but I didn't want to go. I wanted to talk to Willow! She was the first halfer I'd ever met that wasn't lost! I wanted to go with her. "Alec!!" I got a cuff to the side of my head. That was it. I turned and roared at her. She screamed and fell backwards. I looked at Willow and blinked before I took off running. "Don't you dare think to come back! I'll have Daddy make a nice fur coat out of you!!!!" If all gies well maybe I'll have a new place to stay, with new friends.
