Explanations of the past

~Willow~
I sighed as I settled on the stool next to the counter. Alec joined me after glancing around to see that it was okay.

"Okay, I have stake, some ground beef, and some pasta. guess I need to go shopping this afternoon. I think some of the pasta and hamburger now, and stakes tonight." With that said she glanced at us. "That sound good?"

I nodded and nudged Alec so he'd answer. Hesitantly he nodded.

"Good, Will do you want to help?" Andy asked. She always asked but I never helped. I think she's actually relieved I don't as the one time I helped her I managed to blow up a piece of meat in the microwave.

"I don't think I'll be much help." I smiled sheepishly as I remembered the mess I had succeeded in making that time.

"Okay, Alec, don't feel obligated to help. I actually like to cook." Andy smiled as she pulled out a bit of cheese with the other components of the meal.

"Hey Will, can I ask you something?" Alec looked at me.

"Sure, but let's go up to my room first." It seemed like the best plan, as Andy probably didn't need to lesion to this.

After I shut the door I looked at Alec. "Key, what is it?"

"Who's room was that?"

I sighed, somehow I had known that was coming. "His name as Andy said was Shadow. He was Tie and Andy's adopted son. They've been looking for him since he disappeared ten years ago."

"Was he like us?" Alec shifted to see me better.

I nodded, "From what I've heard he was a wolf halfer that they found hurt at the side of the rode and adopted as their own kid. Apparently they found him when he was ten."

Alec looked down. "I didn't know there were humans like that."
