Io snapped me out of my thoughts with a low rumble. Dani jumped in and was a wolf. Gray sat there calm. I stood up ready to help Dani if I could...But Io would easily kill us both if she wanted to.
"I-Io?..A-are you alright?" She asked in a shaky voice. "No!" Io screamed. "I'm sorry, my temper is strong, I must leave before I cause any harm. I'll be back by morning, if that's fine." She said running.
I watched her fly away into the night. "We should get some sleep.." I said moving over to my corner. Asuka mumbled in agreement.
I laid down hoping sleep would come soon. I could hear Dani trying to comfort Gray. I could not blame Io for freaking out like that...I might have too if no one else was there.
"Hay Sky? What were you thiking about before...You know.." I looked over to see Ariel comming over. "What? You want another blast from the past?" I said jokingly.
"I-I was just wondering...But you don't have to say anything..." She said looking down. I looked around to see other staring. "Fine ya want ta know?" I said getting up and walking back over to the fire.
"Huh fine then I'll make it quick..."I glazed at the fire...Hearing the screams of Moon and the half breed dog fighting. The scare on my arm started to throb. "My house was burned by dog half breeds, they killed my brother and sister. My father I assume was killed in the fight as well. My mother took us to safety to live with humans..She soon died of having too much smoke in her lungs. The end." I said with a little bitterness in my voice. "Us? Who else was with you?" Lucy asked. "My brother Dusk." "I-is he...." Asuka trailed off. "Probably." I said and headed back to my corner and curled up.
Mother Father...Star Moon....Dusk...All of them dead.....
