Draw your favorite cartoon character doing something crazy. Whether that be funny crazy, or crazy crazy, get creative with it!
EDIT: If you absolutely cannot find a favorite cartoon character or you can't use one for this topic, you can go ahead and use a favorite anime character.
Example: Tweety Bird is my all-time favorite cartoon character. So to draw Tweety doing something crazy could mean him climbing into Sylvester's mouth. Of course, since I used that as an example, you can't draw it (and to be fair, I can't either). But you can do something like that.
