Hahahahahahahahahahahahaha! 8th grade band night was awesome!! Also, it appears I belong to like, 5 upperclassman!!! My section is really cool, everyone is shocked that i have enough nerve to mouth off to my brother. :D (We're in the same section.... french horn!)

Some stupid trumpets took one of my high schoolers and my seats, so we had to stand right behind the bass drums. Lucky us, right?! Yeah, so the 3 of us missed playing a bunch of songs because we were avoiding bass drum sticks...... Yeah! and I got whacked with one of them!!!!!!! Lovely, huh? Oh! And the funniest part of the night happened after we were dismissed.

So, I'm standing there with 3 of my besties, and we're talking and then a STREAKER runs across the field and like, past us! I almost got run over by a running police officer, all of them went chasing after the dude! And, of course, my besties, being the stupid boys that they are, went running after him! One of them was all like, "Run, naked guy! Run!!!" Wanna know what I was doing??? Yeah, I was standing there, guarding the oboe and trombone.

Yeah....... it was a pretty eventful night. :D I had a great time, and can't wait 'til I get up to the high school!!!!!! :D
