Seriously, we're discussing rhyme scheme in reading, so the teacher wanted up to write poems to read to the entire class. e had to think of words that rhyme, and then we all got a different theme we had to do. Mine was..... CIRCUS! Which is going to be really weird, because I can get rather sadistic. Wanna hear the poem? Well, if you don't, too bad. Suck it up and read! :D

Circus
Last Saturday night I went to the circus, A
And couldn't believe what I saw. B
Right there in the middle was Mr. McFergus, A
With a ringmaster's hat and all. B
The lights dimmed and I leaned forward in anticipation. C
Out came some clowns, A
and a strange looking fairy. B
Each clown wore a frown, A
and the fairy was scary. B
I shuddered as it looked at me. C
Next came a ballerina who was ripped at the seams, A
And an elephant who was rather muddy. B
The tent was filled with her terrorized screams; A
The whole thing was rather bloody. B
The ballerina's chains rattled as she danced mournfully. C
Contortionists appeared and disappeared on the magician's orders. A
Ladies skillfully dodged some flying knives. B
Ghosts showed up and scared a few hoarders! A
The whole time, they discussed some tragic suicides. B
We, the audience, gasped at what they were saying. C
Never again, in all my life, A
Will I ever go to the circus. B
I don't want to see him or his wife, A
not that blasted Mr. McFergus. B
Addio, Circo di mostri C
(Ah-di-oh, Chir-co de most-ri)
