This one of my earlier cosplays a couple of years ago when i was Chi from Chobits. My friend came with me as Kotoko and we did it as a roup cosplay. As i was new to making costumes at this point , rather than making the entire dress, it was modified to look like a chi dress by adding thrills and making it hooped, i also made te arm warmers to match.
