This seriously almost made me cry~ I remember being alone throughout most of my school life and hating everything about everything until I picked up a game controller and my very first game, Pokemon Yellow. It was probably the best thing ever, having a little yellow mouse and a group of loveable monsters all as my best friends. It was great. Then I made friends through that love and my passion for gaming and interacting online. Some people say video games and the internet has made things less personable, less friendly and outgoing. I don't believe that. Some of my best friends are right here on theO. There are people here I couldn't imagine life without now. I love all of you. Each and everyone one of you, no matter how often we talk.
I know in my heart, one little yellow cartridge made all this happen, because it gave me something to love and talk about. Thank you game creators for making us worlds to escape in, and worlds to discover, together.
