Ok guys....seriously...does anyone know how to get rid of nightmares?

I feel like a zombie and I have raccoon circles around my eyes to match x_x been up since 4 in the morning because I'm tired of having nightmares all night every night. It's been going on for a few days now and I'm sooooo friggin tired of it. I'm ready to pass out but I don't want to sleep if its just gonna be more nightmares again....so do you guys know what I should do?
