The Dark Crusades. It is all the stories of the second Tenari, the Tenari of water. In simple terms, it is a collection of dimensions that contain everything. In these dimensions, there is a hierarchy. The Seritari at the top, followed by the Ordinators, then the Nameless ones, the Gods, the Avengon, and finally the Morkandian and Dracon. Bellow these are the mortals, the ones who compose the vast majority of the population. The Avengon, with their subordinates the Dracon and Morkandian, support the Gods. The Gods perform the basic maintenance upon the dimension they are assigned to. They answer directly to the Nameless Ones, in the Homeland. The Nameless Ones organise and direct the Gods and Avengon in the myriad of dimensions, making sure that they perform their duty to the best of their abilities and sending support when it is needed. The Ordinators reside in the Void. The Ordinators are technically within the system, but they have no real contact with anyone aside from the Seritari. The Ordinators duty is to patrol a collection of dimensions, to ensure that the Gods are keeping a balance. For that is of the highest importance. There must always be a balance within the dimensions, a perfect balance, between chaos and order, good and evil. If a dimension ever strays too far from this balance, in any direction, the Ordinators must initiate a "Rebirth". The process of a Rebirth is very secretive, and only the Ordinators know the details of how it is performed, but it is common knowledge of its purpose; to bring the dimension back to it's point of origin, back to when it was just a single infinitesimally small point of incalculably dense energy. With this done, the Ordinators bring everything back into balance, and the dimension is once again allowed to evolve to the point where it must be turned back again. Any and all stories of the Dark Crusades will deal with this collection of dimensions, at any given point starting at the Great Cataclysm, going to the Final Reunion.
