I thought that you should know this if you didn't all ready know.
A sweet 15 is just like a sweet 16. The only difference is that your 15 not 16 and the name is really Quinceanero not sweet 15. It's a Latin custom to celebrate the 15th birthday not 16th. But other then that it's the same thing.
