For all you Marvel Comics Super-Hero fans out there, I have a piece of sad news to report. Today, Deadline Hollywood has revealed that due to story script problems, director Sam Raimi aborted his "Spider-Man 4" film project. However, Sony Pictures revealed that there is currently a consideration for its "Spider-Man" film series (which "Spider-Man" (2002) started) to be given a reboot the same way "Batman Begins" (2005) rebooted the film series started by "Batman" (1989), and the currently planned release date for this reboot is sometime in 2012. So in a sense, there will a foruth film in the series, but not picking up from where "Spider-Man 3" (2007) left off.
