According to Cartoon Network executives, an animated series based on the "Juistice League of America" comic book series "Young Justice" is scheduled for premiere sometime during the network's 2010-2011 (no full date revealed yet). Like the comic itself, this series will focus on several teenage superheroes (Robin, Aqualad, Kid Flash, Superboy, Miss Martian and Artemis) setting out to prove that they have what it takes to join the ranks of the adult-aged superheroes.

Note that this will be the first DC Comics Super-hero T.V. series to ever center around a team of teenage superheroes since 2003's "Teen Titans", which was based on mainly comic book series "The New Teen Titans" (the vol. 1 issues).
