Friday - Death Note

Mood: Calm
Watching: Suite Life of Zack and Cody
Listening to: Never Too Late by Three Days Grace

Today, everyone I talked to was mainly talking about Death Note. After third period, I got out of class and was walking with my things. Keith was right behind me, but never approached or tried to talk to me. However, someone did come up and start a conversation. One of my friends from 1st grade, Avery. He ran up beside me and we started to talk while I was going to gym. Then he noticed I had the second volume of Death Note in my hands and asked if it was good. I said that Death Note was awesome, watched and know the entire series adding to that I said it was awesome. He watched only one episode of Death Note, so he knows the basic idea of it and he asked to borrow the second volume until band class, so I let him.

After gym, at lunch, Avery came over to my table and me, Avery, Rich, and Fry started talking about Death Note. I knew all the characters names and each scene of death note, including the rules of the death note and death scenes. Fry had no idea what death note was, so me and rich explained it to him. I knew a lot more about Death Note than Rich did. Rich was also on Light's side. He said Light was Kira for the greater good. I'm on L's side, so I said, in my personal opinion, Light was cruel for what he did. Then Rich pulled the "greater good" comment out and I replied that Kira killed innocent people as well. Then Rich admitted I got him on that one. So, it was kinda Death Note mania over here.

In band, we practiced our Madrigal instruments and I'm getting better at it. Keith is having a little problem hitting the right notes on his recorder, but he should be fine. After all, practice does a lot good. And I've got a lot better at nailing the rythm and notes, just need a little more practice. I also got my Death Note comic back from Avery. Tobi was sitting close to us with Julio and Avery sat beside me and started messing with Julio's chair. Gary was trying to annoy me by pretending to hump a chair o__O disturbing, yes... Then he started getting closer and Avery and I both scooted our chairs away, abandoned them, and left the room quickly with Tobi and Julio. Avery and I talked a little more when we were heading the same way, then we said later.

You know what the odd thing is? Keith hasn't been talking to me for... probably two months and Avery's talking to me more often. I wonder why that is? Meh, it really doesn't matter. Avery's been my friend longer than Keith, so I'm guessing that's the reason he talks to me more. (I also think it's because he doesn't care that I'm and emo and Keith hates that I'm emo in the first place [Keith didn't know I was emo until I told him and he thinks emos are wrist cutters from what he said jerk...]) In fact, Jack, Avery, Julio, and Cris still talk to me and they are guys! Keith barely talks to me when he's around any of his friends, so I think he's embarressed I'm even a friend of his. He barely even talks when we have time to talk and none of his friends are there.

My mood now fits the music change "Gone Forever"
