This is my shrine to ANYTHING D.Gray-man related. It could be pics I see online(I am a HORRIBLE artist), fanwords, something that happened in the manga, ect. Yes, I am obssessed. And DAMN PROUD OF IT!

YES! :D

I'm baaaack! There's a new chapter out too~! Can today be any better? Actually, if there was no school tomorrow... ;) It's been a while people. Two months? If you subscribed and are still, I'm amazed. :) Anyway, let's get on with the chapter...

It begins with the regular overview of the manga, setting, the Noahs and akuma, and how the Black Order opposes them, yadda yadda yadda. Then you skip to page 5 (the ones in between are character intros...I think) and you see Wisley (remember him) attacking Kanda. Then we're thrown back to 30 minutes before the Noahs were attacking everywhere (see last chapter for details). The scientists are crowding around an object, waiting for a full-scale introduction of the Third Exorcist Project.

We see a figure trapped under what appears to be a seal. The figure is named "Alma Karma". He is the womb from which the Third Exorcists are created. Johnny is shocked and horrified, because Alma looks like he's Allen's age. Then all subordinates of the section leaders look int their manual to read about artificial disciples. We learn that the Second Exorcist was born from the research of the artificial disciple, and we find out there were two test bodies. At the same time, Zhu (from Asian Branch) shows up, and he wants to talk to Alma. When he reaches Alma, he is crying, and is upset because he didn't know Alma was alive.

Leverrier tells us that Alma has been unconscious for years, and that he wouldn't have told Zhu that Alma was kept alive to be their tool. He says he was concerned because Alma killed the then Head. It's then read in Johnny's book that the death of 46 lab personnel was a massacre. Zhu asks if Kanda knows that Alma is alive, and Leverrier replies that since the two were "friends", that it would have been painful. Johnny reads that the only one left alive was the other test subject...Kanda Yuu. Zhu replies to that by yelling, "We made the fight to the death!" Johnny barfs, and we find out that as long as Alma regenerates, Kanda will be torn apart limb from limb.

Next we find a man, and a doll. They are the Millennium Earl and Rhode respectively. After the Earl goes into a depression about the 14th, he's seemingly attacked by multiple beams. They, however, stop before they touch him. He comments that he is Adam, the first apostle, the "Millennium Earl". Quote: "The Millennium Earl cannot stand still. I will expose the exorcists' "heart", and until I send God into the darkness, I won't allow anything to stop me from standing."

As the building is being invaded, Johnny decides to live, so he won't burden Allen with his life. As the scientists are running, Sheryl takes control of their bodies. They're walking away from the shelter, and pass guards that are choking themselves. They walk into the room with Alma, but there are new additions. The earl, the Rhode doll, Wisely, and unconscious figure, some scientists, Bak, Renee, Leverrier, and Level 4 akuma. The person is found to be Kanda, with a hole right under his ear. Apparently, he had his head crushed by Wisely.

Zhu's shocked, and realizes what they want. Of course, Wisely reads his mind and agrees, saying they want "'Love' and 'Tragedy'". Quote: "you guys are the ones who should know this very well. Meddling in things that should not be meddled with. And what came out of doing that is what the Black Order detests the most. You will be killed by the demon you yourself created."

Renee and Leverrier realize they want to use Alma, but Leverrier believes it's hopeless. Wisely comments that Alma is so sealed that his evil eyes can't see through. Instead, he uses Kanda. Kanda see Alma, and we get a scene of Alma first meeting Kanda, comment that he thought he was the only one. In the panel we get an aerial shot of Kanda seeing Alma, and those imaginary lotuses are back. Bak and Zhu in particular are worried about what's happens Leverrier stares uninterestedly, and the Earl smiles at them. He says, "Come now everyone! A morning conviction for Alma Karma-chan~! <3"

Sheryl comments that they're waiting for another guest, who was lured by bait in form as the third exorcists. Suddenly, an ark gateway appears under Sheryl, and Allen shoots out, yelling, "Return my comrades!" The Earl says, "You came. <3 This nuisance of mine... Allen Walker!"

There, the chapter ends, and any extra pages are from the magazine. Now then, I need to let my opinions and theories out!

There was another test subject besides Kanda? Who wants to bet that Alma's who Kanda was looking for? Or that Alma has something to do with the curse? The Earl being a Noah is odd, and seeing his human form is even more odd. This chapter is just more ammo for me hating Leverrier, and now Renee. Plus, you have to feel bad for Johnny. he's not used to all this, and it's happening so fast, there's no time to assimilate it before the next thing comes at him faster than a jet. I think that's all! Kinda short on my opinions, but I'm still trying to assimilate it! There will be more conspiracy theories next time~!

Until next time~! <3

IT'S BACK! ^.^

D.Gray-man chapter 187 IS HERE!!! This new update has 50 pages in total, which makes me glad!

Anyway, we start with a man, yelling in pain. As the police come towards him, they notice he has 5 eyes. The biggest one in the center of the man's forehead looks at the two policemen, and they explode, or bleed out of every opening in their head. The man gets up and says, "35 years huh? This place is surprisingly empty." Someone says, 35 years ago, when the 14th was killed, you all received memory damage. There's been a big lag time since the last reincarnation. <3" The heart shows who it is, it's the Earl, with other Noahs, saying, "You've finally come back."

Then, they are named. 1st disciple: "Millennium Earl", 2nd disciple: "Tryde", 3rd disciple: "Joido", 4th disciple: "Desires", 6th disciple: "Fiddler (Kanji apparently reads Corrosion)", 7th disciple: "Mercyum", 9th disciple: "Road" 10th & 11th disciple: "Bondomu", 12th disciple: "Lustul", and 13th disciple: "Mightra". The man says, "The 8th apostle "Wrath" reincarnated and ended up dying? Mmm...if I, Demon-Eye 'Wisely' fell behind, I would be mortified!"

Tyki is confused, since he never heard that sound, and "it feels like it isn't". Wisely says it is because it is the true name in the Master Noah's memory. Tyki is freaked since he thinks Wisely can read people's minds. Wisely says he respects privacy, but Tyki doesn't think so. Sheryl(who IS a Noah), said, "True name...? There's something like each of peoples' names in the Noah memories? I thought they were the memories of the on apostle "Noah" who appeared 7000 years ago..." Wisely replies that there were 13 Noahs who appeared, and that they have the memories of the 2nd and 13th apostle.

Apparently, 700 years ago, after a man used the heart, and was defeated by the first apostle (Earl) in the world destroyed by the great flood, the remaining twelve became the ancestors of modern humanity. Therefore, every person has "Noah genes" and every era, twelve people were awakened by their Noah genes and protected the earl. "In 7000 years, many humans have reincarnated to help me fight against those who use the hateful innocence."

Wisely says the unconscious ones are the ones who subconsciously repress their memories, and that the earl, who lived for 700 years, and him, who has the demon eye that can see into the brain are different, "...accepting the Noah's mission, but refusing to be consumed by the memory...such a human response..."

Tyki realizes he hasn't felt well since Allen gave him his scar, and wonders. Wisely reads Tyki's mind and is surprised "Joido" looks differently as "that man's..." Road interrupts Wisely, saying she is the only one who hasn't reincarnated, and it is a private matter. She says, "I couldn't remember anyone other than his face..." Wisely says, "Then Master has looked like this for 35 years?" Road asks, "So you like it?" The Earl says the only one missing is Wrath, and they have to search for the next reincarnation. He also says, "I also wish that putting an end to this fucking long war will be our generation."

Suddenly, he has what looks like a heart attack, and remembers someone saying, "Don't push yourself too hard. I'll be by your side, no matter what happens..." Road rushes too him, asking what's wrong. He replies, "I can hear his voice..I ngh again... His voice..." Road realizes it is the 14th's voice, and the Earl says, "Let's spread this darkness broader"

Hours later, an akuma attacks a group of people in Jordan, with an old man asking for someone to save his granddaughter, who is in the akuma's hand. He yells, "Help her!" As he's falling. Allen appears and attacks the akuma with Crown Clown, sabving the girl. A voice coming through Tim is saying the akuma are gaining in number, and that Allen should regroup at camp. Funnily enough, there are akuma behind Allen, that he doesn't notice. Suddenly, he attacks the akuma who jump at him with his new attack "Death Ball" which kills all of them. The exorcists are ordered to evacuate, and Allen thinks he can't win, especially with an injured person.

Suddenly, Thirds come, and one vanishes all the akuma with a technique called, "Gakikai Byakuko". Allen wonders if the technique does anything to the Third's body, and notices a blob of what looks like heads saying, "A...llen...H...el...p" Allen thinks that the akuma swallowed by the technique are all disappearing at the same time, and his left eyes is crying blood. Another Third says a Level 4 is coming, and they should retreat.

He says that he envies Allen for being able to see the souls of the akuma in pain. Allen says how you think about it is up to him. Allen's trying to puch the Third, saying those kinds of things are taboo to him, and they shouldn't mention it. The Third says he can't help but to think so, and feels uncomfortable since the other Third is glaring at him. The Third apologizes, saying he feels irritated when he sees "Master Disciple", and that he gets high spirited when he beats an akuma. He his heart wobble when he thought he was a help to God.

Tyki sudden;y appears and attacks the third, slicing off the man's arms. Then he says, "Long time no see...Shounen (young boy)". As Allen says Tyki's name in shock, Tyki says the 14th's name is kinda log, and that they should just call him young boy. He says, "Don't worry, we don't have much business here. We're only hunting exorcists." At the same time in other parts of the world, Noahs are showing up in front of groups of exorcists.

Link is looking for Allen and the two Thirds (Madarao & Tokusa). The girl looks around in the cave they(Allen, her, her grandpa, and the Thirds) are hiding in, and asks what's going on. Allen replies that the akuma are looking for them, one of the Thirds set up talismans, and she shouldn't leave until all the talismans fall. The Third with the cut off arms is angry because he ran from the Noah, and his arms are growing back. Allen says he has the same skill as Kanda. The Third says, "...Skill you said? Hmph, that's right. That guy was Alma Karma's... I can... only close the wound. I wish I had a skill like the second has." As Allen wonders who(or what) Alma and the Second are, the Third (probably Tokusa) asks Madarao to swear to survive become a "womb".

Madarao is about to absorb Tokusa when Allen butts in and protests, before Tokusa says he shouldn't interfere. Madarao says that since Tokusa can't use his skill, Tokusa has no reason to continue living. He will absorb the alma cells in Tokusa's body. Allen asks what alma is, and Madarao explains that Alma Karma is the first womb that gave the Thirds the cells fused with the akuma eggshell. The Thirds are given the mission of womb transformation. Alma cells multiply by absorbing akuma, and when they go through the transformation, their lives are, "taken by God and our cells are used to bear another Third. This is how anti-akuma power expands and bacomes foundation of world wide mercy. That is the Third exorcist project."

Tokusa says Allen can't understand, since he's a chosen disciple, and that through the project, they would like to save the world. He would rather be absorbed by Madarao than killed by the Noah. Tyki phases through the wall, wraps a hand around Tokusa's face ans says, "Don't worry... We're not the one who'll finish you off. The other Noah appear and disarm the Thirds and Allen. Tyki says, "Would you like mt to tell you the name of the one who'll finish you off? It's your..." He never finishes, as Tokusa's legs twists at odd angles, and coughs up blood as the little girl says, "Oh, looks like your lucky charm fell off."

At the base camp, Wisely asks, "Are you Kanda Yuu?" Kanda asks, "Who the hell are you?" Wisely says, "'Alma'. Does that name ring a bell?" Kanda flinches, and Wisely says, "Looks like it does. Your brain, We'll be using it for our party," as the Deon Eye stares into Kanda's eyes.

At the American branch, Johnny's barfing in the bathroom, as Pek watches, and comments that Johnny's been staying in HQ too much. Johnny says it's because it's "My first time seeing such a person" Pek says that thanks to Johnny, they got thrown out by Leverrier, and he wanted to see more Alma Karma. Reever and drags Pek to another assistant who drags him away.

Reever says, "We showed you something terrible" to Johnny, and he says he has no idea what he's doing anymore and asks why Reever brought him. Before Reever can answer, and alarm sounds, signaling that an intruder has been sighted. It's not an akuma, but it's going through their barriers fast!

A doll on a man's shoulder that looks suspiciously like Road says, "he Alma Karma's here~!" The man says, "Okay- they're kind of excited to see a visitor after such a long time.<3"

The chapter ends with the words: "This appearance is...!! The Earl and Road, The real invasion has finally come!" and that the continuation continues in DECEMBER.

First, I'd like to say it's good to have more insight on the Noahs, the Earls, and the Thirds. I hate the idea of the third project, and I don't blame Johnny for barfing, I mean, they're infusing HUMANS with pieces of AKUMA EGGSHELL. That's so wrong. Plus they absorb each other and sacrifice their lives to create more of themselves. But the Thirds want to help and are (probably) doing this of their own free will.

OMG!

D.Gray-man is on ANOTHER hiatus. In the mean time, her's this:

If you people out there didn't know, the dubbed version of D.Gray-man is now out. I've only seen the first couple (two) episodes online. Therefore, this post is about the voice actors, and if I think they sound right. This will also include who the VA has voiced before, to give you an idea. Not all of them mind you, just three or so.

Allen sounds weird. His VA is Todd Haberkorn, who also voices Kimihiro Watanuki from xxxHolic. It's not TOO horrible though. I wish he had his accent. But the dub makes him sound less polite than the original(he calls a cat a furball), but this is a dub, what CAN you expect? Also, when Kanda's staring him down as Komui tries to find Cross' letter, the dub has him say, "Oh crap." ALLEN DOES NOT SWEAR DURING THE ANIME EXCEPT WHEN IT CONCERNS CROSS!!!!

Oh my god. The Earl. His voice is freaking creepy! It siunds so evil. He should have a happier voice until he gets really pissed off. I think that would be a better effect. His VA is Jason Liebrecht, who is voicing Lavi as well. In other anime, he has voiced Hei from Darker Than Black, Radu Barvan from Trinity Blood, and Syaoran from Tsubasa: RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE. Hopefully, Lavi sounds better than the Earl.

Komui doesn't sound half bad. I mean, it's sounds kinda flamboyant, like him. His VA is J. Michael Tatum, who voiced Doumeki from xxxHolic, Suleyman from Trinity Blood, and Seishiro from Tsubasa: RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE. What's horrible is how they said Komui's name (see bottom). They kept his silliness, flamboyant personality, and his creepiness when it comes to healing Allen's arm. :)

Reever's voice reminds me of... that mafia guy in the movies that tries to snuff someone out. His VA is Chuck Huber, who voiced Hiei from YuYuHakusho(holy crap!), Android 17 from Dragon Ball Z, and Shou Tucker from Full Metal Alchemist.

Lenalee. Her voice is really soft(in my opinion). It's not half bad. Her VA is Luci Christian, who's voiced Trish from Devil May Cry, Wrath from Full Metal Alchemist, Nami in the Funimation dub of One Piece, and Mitsukuni Haninozuka from Ouran High School Host Club.

Kanda's name is pronounced correctly! Holy cow! But Kanda sounds so freakin horrible! It's like a mix between a body builder, and the Terminator. It has just scared the hell out of me. And I think he said "Mighty Myoogen". His VA is Travis Willingham, who has voiced Andreas Darlton from Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion, Roy Mustang from Full Metal Alchemist, and Yanagisawa from YuYuHakusho.

Cross, sounded deep, all powerful, and kinda monotone. It's halfway to being a good one in my eyes, although I've rarely seen dubs since the wonders of subs and YouTube. His VA is Christopher Sabat, who voiced Vegeta & Piccolo from Dragon Ball Z, Armstrong from Full Metal Alchemist, Kuwabara from YuYuHakusho, and Tres Iqus from Trinity Blood. At the very least, they kept his humorous (to me) actions towards Allen in India.

Hevslaka sounds creepy. Creepier than the original in my opinion. Point for dub! lol Anyway, her VA is Wendy Powell. She has voiced Envy from Full Meatal Alchemist, Sister Paula from Trinity Blood, and Mukuro from YuYuHakusho: Ghost Files. Not bad.

I AM pissed of at their pronunciation. Komui is pronounced Koh-Moo-Ee, not Kah-mu-ee. Myoogen? MYOOGEN? That's so totally wrong. It's Moo-gen.

*cringe* THE HORROR!!!!!!!

The dub could get better. Though probably not I hope so.

Sorry if this sounds like a long rant. I will be adding more once I find out about more main characters. (i.e. Mana, Lavi, Tyki, Rhode, Krory, Eliade, Komurin incidents, Miranda, all that) Seperate posts of course.

Now please leave me to my emo corner while I mope about the dub.

HOLY COW!

Alright, I'll continue this.

Now then, we last left off with a mention of a tragedy, and a screenshot of Kanda. Are these two related? Probably. Let's find out! ^.^

We pick up at the Asian Branch HQ, where Bak is struggling to get through the Ark's Gate to complain about Leverrier having Renee turn humans into half-akuma to Central. Unfortunately for him, everyone else there doesn't want him to, and they have Fou (remember her?) restrain him. She yells at him to, "Calm down already, you stupid moron!" He rebuts that he s not a moron. Fou rationalizes that the experiments have succeeded already and are a proven fighting force, making it hard to get rid of them. Plus Komui's not making a fuss, so why should he? Fou starts dragging him to get work done, which he has been pushing off ever since the Ark door was opened. Right before they leave the room Kanda walks through the Gate into Asia Branch HQ.

In the cafeteria, a man, called "Old Man Zhu" is told by Fou, with a megaphone, that Kanda is here to see him. Zhu starts talking about the vegetables he's examining. Bak realizes that is why Kanda's there, and Kanda comments he's not one to visit other places for no reason, unlike a certain branch chief. >.> Bak comments that Mugen is the best thing Zhu ever made, so he'd guess Zhu would want to check up on its owner. From there, silence sets in.

Kanda breaks it by saying, "They're starting it again, huh. This time they're turning people into half-akuma so they can feed on other akuma? Brilliant, just brilliant." Bak realizes Kanda's talking about the third exorcists, and apologizes, saying "We haven't hurt you have we?" and "We failed to keep the promise we made to you!" Bak says Kanda should hit him for that, but Kanda hits Bak for the insinuation that he's "hurt".

Kanda also says, "Stop coming up with weird ideas. You don't have anything to apologize for. I don't give a crap what happens to the Order." Bak says that Kanda may feel that way, but the feeling is not mutual. He says, "It was our clan that created you in the synthetic disciple project that Central forced upon us...nine years ago... Caught up in our dreams of a group of 'second exorcists', ...It was my clan, the Chan family, and the Epstein family that made that huge mistake."

Kanda gets a flashback of a younger him and an old man. The man is saying, "Kanda, do you still see the flower? I see...let's keep this a secret, just between you and me. You mustn't dwell on it. It's just an illusion. That flower is an illusion."

Meanwhile, the scientists spend all of their lunch break to find Zhu's hearing aid...in his underwear. Zhu comments he must be getting old, with Fou saying "Ya damn well are, you stupid old fart." Zhu is the manufacturer of anti-akuma weapons and also head chef, Zhu Mei Chan.

Lou Fa is happy, because she sees Allen coming out of the gate, along with Lenalee, making Rikei happy. Allen thanks Lou Fa for the mitarashi dango, and Lenalee explains to Rikei that she's on a mission. Link buts in, and says that they must find Kanda at once. The half-akuma tell them that they will stay near the Ark. Kanda's apparently needed for a mission to Istanbul.

Lou Fa says that the third-exorcists are creepy, and she can sympathize with Bak. She's not even sure if it's a good idea. Rikei says they are a boost to their forces. As the two start arguing, Lou Fa starts tearing up, saying that if they won that way, it wouldn't feel right. Rikei is bullied into apologizing, and Lenalee tells Lou Fa not to cry. Allen says "Whatever may happen to the Order, we'll still be us. As long as we keep moving forward for what we believe in, it will be all right!" Allen thinks he recited those words like they were a charm.

Zhu watches, and says that they make him consider his own sins. Then it moves to Kanda, surrounded by lotuses and Zhu thinking, "Do you still see the flower?

Theory time!
This was a long explanation, with even more quotes than usual. *sigh* Now then...
*GASP!* Kanda was synthesized? Holy cow! This is sad. And there was a second group? it makes sense now, thinking about it. Why else would they call the half-akuma "third-exorcists"? I wonder what happened to the other "second-exorcists". The lotus makes sense now too, kinda. At least it explains why Kanda'll die when the last lotus petal falls. Renee seems like an idiot at the moment. I wonder how this will affect the rest of the story.

...

Renee, acompanied by two CROWs, has a shocking truth, that leaves Komui and Bak uneasy. What it is? We don't know...yet.

Meanwhile, Kanda & Bookman are sparring, with Bookman holding Kanda's hair tie, and a giant pile of bodies that were Kanda's previous opponents. Poor them. Marie is also sparring with allen, and talking about the CROW who absorbed akuma. Allen hopes the soul of the akuma was okay, since without Innocence, the soul of an akuma is not purified. Marie wonders why Allen's worrying about the akuma. Allen apollogizes, since Marie lost a finger, but Marie says he's worried because most of the Order hates akuma, Central deems the souls as unimportant, nobody will sympathize with him, and it will be harder for Allen to carry on if he stays the way he is.

Allen thanks Marie, but he can't do that, because that would mean forgetting about Mana. Marie comments that Kanda and Allen are similar. As Allen starts yelling that he's nothing like Kanda, Marie explains that he said that because they're both idiots, and that the darkness surrounding them is so deep, he can't find a way to pull them out. While Allen's shocked, Marie attacks him, saying Allen's wide open. Allen is caught by a strange man, and as the man says innocence, he throws Allen into a pillar.

Kanda notices that the man is in crimson too, and Allen asks what the heck is wrong with that guy. Marie tries to stop Allen's bleeding left side as Allen wonders when his innocence activated, and the man, Goushi says his arm reacted to Allen's innocence in reaction to one of companions asking what happened.

Allen's left eye reacted. The man is not an akuma, but he has a dark aura around him. Allen wonders who that man is. Meanwhile, Link reprimands Goushi, saying Allen is his responsibility, and Crows should not touch him. (Is Link worried, nya?)

Goushi's companions tell him to reverse the activation, and that Madarao will reprimand him if he comtinues. Allen's friends come up to him, asking what's wrong, as Allen eyes stops reacting once Goushi "reversed the activation".

One of Goushi's companions apologizes, and introduces them "as beings who have been converted int half-akuma through biological generation", and they do not react well to innocence, and begs forgiveness. The person who explained that is called Tokusa. His smaller friend who first asks Goushi what happened when he threw Allen against the wall is called Kiredori. The two CROWs with Renee are Tevak and Madarao. Renee explains that those 5 are stationed at the Order serving as "third exorcists" under the order of the Pope.

Bak says that this was Leverrier's doing. Komui realizes that during the invasion, Leverrier sent Link to collect egg fragments. Bak says that it was them who "sealed away the Order's dark legacy as taboo", has she "forgotten the tragedy nine years ago?" Renee says that the attack on HQ helped them realize it was a mistake. Meanwhile, Link wonders, "Half-akuma?" while thinking, 'that egg!' Renee says that, "For humans to prevail over the akuma...some sacrifices are necessary." The chapter ends with Kanda alone on the bottom panel.

What does he have to do with this tragedy?

I bet Kanda was the survivor or cause of said tragedy. ;P
