There's this guy in my marching band who really brings out the worst in me. He brings out another person in me. And it's someone who I like to keep to myself, if possible. This is 'the beast" so to speak. So here's what happened.
This guy's name is Alex. He doesn't really pay attention in band. Every time we're put into attention, we're not supposed to move or talk, and he always goes against the rules and fidgets. And I know he can stay still, cause he's done it at all our football games before. But at practice when we're trying to get stuff done and learn the drill for our show [this year it's Michael Jackson :D] he's always fooling around and not paying attention. I ask him nicely to stop talking and moving at first. Then I say nicely, "Alex, please shut up." He does, for that time. We have a water break after because it was tiring what we were doing. He was standing, and my friend Jacob VanAmberg pants him, and of course, Alex gets pissed. I told him to stop yelling cause he was yelling quite some nonsense, and he's like "NO, YOU SHUT UP, I'M SICK OF YOU TELLING ME WHAT TO DO."
I snapped. The only reason that I'm like that is because I'm thinking what's better for our marching band as a whole. But I snapped like a thin twig. The regular OHMYGODEVERYTHINGMAKESMELAUGH Djayy was gone. This whole new person came out of me. I hardly even remember what happened or what I said. I just remember being up all in his face, yelling at the top of my lungs. I think I said this: "YOU KNOW WHAT? I'M SICK OF YOU AND HOW YOU ACT AND DON'T PAY ATTENTION. I'M SICK OF THE WAY THAT YOU TREAT THE PEOPLE IN THIS SECTION. IF YOU DO IT AGAIN, I WILL PUNCH YOU SO HARD, YOU WILL END UP ON THE FLOOR."
I started crying after. When I get frustrated, I cry really hard. And every one in my section and on the field thought I was crying because something happened. But it was only because of that. Everyone looked at me while I was yelling at him, too... But it's okay. I'm over it.
That's all I really needed to get off my chest and that I need to remember... Oh yeah, we did a practice show for a few parents today. They liked it, but I messed up a lot, but that's okay. xD
Uh, Life updates?
I highlighted my hair. And it's pretty friggen cool. It was supposed to be blonde highlights, but since my hair still has some of it's previous colour, it came out reddish in some places. I have coontails on my bottom layer ;)
