These are just my random, and often intense, thoughts on pieces of the world we live in. A lot of it will be about anime or manga, though some of it will be about polotics, social aspects, or just me and my life. I often get frustrated, and need to blow off steam. So, try to take this with a grain of salt. I never mean to offend people, but I can be harshly honest, and I really want people to open their eyes, and maybe notice something they didn't know before.

Bad Day? NO KIDDING!

Woke up tired, had to go to stupid school, and ride the bus to preview a college, I don't even like. Tried to take a nap, and got a head rammed forceably into the seat by a jock, and spent the next hour with my ears ringing, and my eyes watering, ...

A "Huh?" moment

Ok, so I recently started reading the Air manga, and have watched a couple of the episodes of the anime online. And to be honest, I don't know whether to be thrilled or horrified. Ok, so it starts when a little girl finds a drifter in town...

To All the Chatters...

Ok. This is will be a quick rant, I think. Haha.

I mostly just wanted to say something to those people who have been putting up with me on the chats recently. I have gotten to know many of you, a couple on a personal basis. I want to say thanks to all of you. Some of you have been going through your own struggles, but you still take the time to brighten my day, and it mean more than you know.

For those of you who have encouraged me, I really want to express my gratitude. Those of you who have scolded me for running myself down, tried to help me figure out my life, or just got me through a rough day, you know who you are and this is to let you know that you have all touched me deeply and I won’t forget it.

For those of you have been struggling in life, I want to tell you not to give up. People are cruel and life isn’t fair, but it’s still worth it. You wee made in the image of God he loves you.

Also, for all you goof-balls you make me laugh when I feel grouchy. Thanks.

One more thing, before I leave. I know there have been some complaints about the mods and admins, but I would like to thank them. It not fun at times, feeling like you’re being watched, but our reds and goldies on the chats are what keep it a safe, happy place to be, and we should all appreciate them for their effort in maintaining a positive environment for all of us.

Until next time! Rider out

Screenames

Now that I have finally been able to find some good, clean places to hang out online while the local public school tries to waste half my life in class, I have made a few new friends on various chat room and boards. These friends natuarally want to connect to me on other forums and in other formats. I think this is wonderful, and enjoy getting to know each of them.

But, to be honest, I'm going crazy trying to keep up with everyones names! I rarely give my real name online, but I try to keep my screenames consistant across various sites, so people can at least remember who I am. But some people I am trying to get to know, have a diffrent name on each site! On some sites you can even change your screename, which most teens do at least once a week. I'm sorry, but if you are Sally this week, Mary next week, Jennifer on Yahoo, and Amanda on MSN, don't excpect me to be able to keep it all straight, especially when there are a dozen other people I know, each with thier own collection of names!

I've heard a lot of people say that the internet is where you can invent a new personality. But I fear this is leading to a severe case of mulitiple-personality disorder for many of our young people, who can't seem to decide what they want to be, so they maintain the personalities of four of five diffrent people on diffrent sites.

Now lets be real for a moment, shall we? When you go to work or school, you have many coworkers and classmates, and they all call you by the same name everyday. Your close friend or sibling might have a nickname for you, but they are going to call you that every time they see you. Niether you boss, your boyfriend, or anyone else is going to call you varios names depending on where they meet you.

So please, for the sake of all our sanities, pick one or two handles or screenames that express you and will grow with you over the next few years, and keep them! Thank you.
