Ok, If you haven't tried neopets, its something to look into. I will be honest, I thought they were very lame when I was younger. Maybe this still are, but for me, they have become a great way to relax and kill time in a way that isn't depressing. (They also make a great procrastination tool)
I'm still learning a lot about Neopets. I haven't been into it long. You see, there was this guy I liked who was obsessed with them and... you can guess the rest. hehe.
