Tower of Druaga, The - Uragon
Besides the fact that I hated almost everyone else, I thought this guy had a very fun personality - with more character development than the rest of the cast combined.
Trigun - Legato Bluesummers
Besides having a very unique style, this guy might be the coolest badguy I've ever seen - he also has a very 'interesting' outlook on life.
Trinity Blood - Tres Iques
I adored this guy right from the start. I loved his personality and the way he acted. Also his fighting style was totally cool. (I cannot help but think that it also helped he wasn't human…)

This guy is such a cool character, in terms of abilities, personality and attitude, that I simply adore him.
Twelve Kingdoms, The - Shoryu
I adore pretty much everything to do with this guy; his personality, his backstory, the way he acts, his fighting ability.
Tytania - Ariabert Tytania
This was a character whose personality I just adored. (Least he didn't go all psychotic like certain other characters I could mention…)
