Kowareta yume no senshi: Part two
Lights flickered. Pistons activated. Gears turned and Systems turned on. Kakashi was finally awake. He, for a moment, wondered where he was. But only for that moment. For after that, he recalled the events earlier and tried to bolt out of the seat he was in. Seconds later he was hit with an immense pain. Kakashi dropped to the floor, screaming into the black hallways which he saw. Tears flooded his eyes. He decided that would get him nowhere. Upon a bit of looking around the room, Kakashi finds he is in a small room. No- a cell. He tried to stand up again when a voice called out "It's no use. That will kill you if you try that enough times." Kakashi, without raising his head, asked "Where am I? What happened to the people on that train??" His voice broke out into a cry. "WHY THE HELL ARE THE SEED ON GUARDIANS COLONY?" He was met with a more intense pain from before. He could feel his human parts bleeding now. He let out another scream, and fell to the ground. "Thats about enough of that out of you. Now. we are here to negotiate a deal." The voice boomed out of the speaker toward the righthand corner of the room. the voice was scratchy, but it came from a powerful, demanding person. It haunted kakashi as the sound bounced off the walls of his cell. He got to his feet. "WHAT DEAL? I AM IN JAIL BECAUSE I GOT IN A TRAINWRECK?" he cried, staring into the speaker. The voice calmly replied "No, you are not in a jail. You are here at the GDF headquarters in the brig. We just need your cooperation, Kakashi." when his name was mentioned, his eyes darted back to the speaker "Great. so you know my name. How sweet of you." Kakashi felt another jolt of electricity spread throughout his body. He didn't know how much more of them he was able to sustain. "No sarcasm will be permitted. If you really are curious, My name is Sergeant Zac Einfeld of the GDF military . You can call me 'Rouge'" Said the voice in a slightly agitated tone. "Now, before you can interject with another comment, i will display your options for you. Option one is simple: forget that train accident ever occurred and go on with your life as a Guardian. Option two will be : you will be charged with terrorism and get a life sentence or possible execution." Kakashi retorted "But..i didn't blow up that train! The SEED are on Guardians Colony! Your men even killed them off!" The voice boomed loudly this time "That never happened! The public MUST NOT KNOW the SEED are here. we are trying all we can to repel the forces, but it's no use. The seed are coming in masses once again. We may be on the verge of another SEED war. But until that is confirmed, we cannot leak any information on the Train incident into the public. Luckily, all witnesses died. except you. That is why we need you to stay quiet!" Kakashi's mind quickly flooded with awful thoughts...another war...more pain, more innocent lives taken..The colony itself is at stake...and they want me to shut my trap about it? "So...do you cooperate?" asked the voice in a more calm state. Kakashi did't have much of a choice but to lie. "Yes, i will stay quiet about it. Now let me out of here!" Almost instantly, the energy shield dropped around him, the door opened, and the lights turned on. A CAST wearing a SpecOps helmet walked in with an assault rifle. "Come with me." he said, under the distortion of a robotic vocoder. Kakashi half-mindedly obeyed and walked out of the door to him. He escorted Kakashi to a room with a man sitting in a chair, smoking, with a pistol at his side. The man turned around in his chair. He was of heavy build, and bore the uniform of a GDF soldier, littered with different medals to match. "Ahhh yes, here he is! you are much more imposing when you aren't in a cage kneeling down to me!" The voice was instantly recognizable. It was Zac Einfeld. Every part of Kakashi wanted to pulverize this man into a bloody paste, But he remained silent. "It's good you have come to your senses, CAST! Now, on to the procedure. He dismissed the guard and led Kakashi to the front of the building, where Kakashi could see the exit, and an opportunity. Zac's eyes turned to him "Now, as part of this agreement, we will strip you of your GUARDIANS license and confiscate any weapons in your possesion. Kakashi's eyes widened. "That wasn't part of the negotiation!" He attacked Zac with his bare hands, beating him to the floor in a nonstop flurry of punches. "Damn you! get off of me!" he threw Kakashi off, and called of the guards. Moments later, GDF soldiers stormed the room, firing a hail of lasers at Kakashi. Kakashi sprinted toward the door and busted out of it. He was met by two more guards. He snatched the weapon out of one's hand, and killed them both. He again began running, he reached the street, and saw a warehouse, he ran over toward it and pressed himself against the wall, breathing heavily. His hand tightened of the grip of the rifle. He waited for them to search, and they did. When they got too close, Kakashi retreated into an empty metal crate near the warehouse. He waited in the crate for almost seven hours, then passed out from exhaustion.
The next day he awoke in cramped up in the warehouse, still clutching the rifle. It was official. He was a Renegade. He had nowhere to run, and he was no longer a guardian. His thoughts drifted to his friends once again..what would they think of him if he knew he killed actual people? Did they miss hem? Were they okay? Kakashi sat there in desperation, resting his head on the end of the rifle. It all happened too fast. He is alone, with the military after him. He could not even leave that warehouse without becoming swiss cheese by the GDF patrols. He got up, hid the rifle under the crate, and made his way out the back of the warehouse. He had a job to do.
He had to tell the world it was about to end.
He had to stop it, And the entire colony was after him.

It was perfect two minutes ago. There was silence, fitting silence in which kakashi could rest his head. For three weeks the Guardian's colony had been issuing the most demanding quests he had ever seen. His Scorched armor still bore the scars of the latest mission. It was that moment in his flashback Kakashi heard voices. Startled, he managed to get on his feet. The Train had stopped. Voices crying out, the shouting of attendants could be heard from the back of the train.Then came the blackout. for what seemed like an eternity, His armor locked in a hibernation stage, basically knocking him unconscious Kakashi looked around for anyone still in his booth. No luck. He staggered over to the door to check what was amiss, when he was his by a piece of debris. Although not real pain, Kakashi's pain sensor units screamed off the charts as the flying piece of flaming metal struck him. ".....The hell is going on here?!?!?!" he thought to himself as he managed to get up and exit the door. He saw bodies. Bodies that lined the rails and walls of both sides of the aisles.Memories of his Incident at the tier-1 facility flooded his mind. This was not happening again. Kakashi scattered to find any survivors. About 10 minutes into the search, he heard a siren from outside. He ran toward the emergency exit, and with little success, tried to pry it open. No such luck, So he ripped it open with a Slice from his GRM- Durandul Custom. As soon as he peeked his head out. He saw what went down. EDF Soldiers were patroling the wreckage and searching for bodies. They had been ambushed. Dozens of scrap metal from SEED monsters could be seen scattered about, with complemenraty plasma- torched holes in each one of them. Kakashi climbed out of the distorted mess of a train, and made his way over to one of the soldiers. "Hey, what the h-" The soldier then signaled to his Commander. they both restrained Kakashi, and soon enough they locked his armor. In his dream, Kakashi was back where he was supposed to be. Relaxing on Guardian's colony, fourth floor right by the elevator to the rooms, With his friends. Yoichi and Hane would be talking about new spells and weapon upgrades they obtained recently, while Aerea would be stalking every girl that walked by. Everything was right, the way it always was.
Until he woke.
Until the sergeant.
Until this hell he was about to endure.
