"Seige better have my katana done." Pais and our new companion Adam were sitting my the gate to Area 2 when I walked by. "Ready to go harass Seige Pais? We have to make it good. After all, this is hopefully the last time."
We walked into his shop and found him crying over his anvil. "Oi Seige!" He jumped and quickly wiped the tears from his face."Awwwwe what's with the waterworks kiddo? They wouldn't be for us would they?" His face turned red. "Of course they are! Who am I supposed to drink with now?!"
Pais laughed. "As I recall the only ones doing any drinking were you and Yuki-San." Seige frowned. "And now that you're both leaving we'll never get a chance to throw your wild 21st birthday we had planned." Pais's face turned red. "W...what?!"
I burst out laughing. "Way to ruin the surprise Sei-Kun." He frowned. "No point in hidding it if it's never gonna happen. And we had such wonderful plans!" Pais raised and eyebrow and looked over at me "What kind of plans?"
"Uh...hehe Seige are our weapons ready? It's time for us to go." Pais walked up and looked into my face. "Yuki-San...what were you two going to do?" I winked at her. "That's for us to know and you to imagine ha!" Seige had IceWind in his hand and I snatched her. Throwing coins and yelling my thanks and goodbyes, I ran from the shop before Pais had a chance to question me further.
Adam was waiting at the gate. Finally we were getting on our way. Foot steps to my left let me know that Pais had caught up to me. "That was rude Yuki-San." I chuckled. "You're just so much fun to tease." I lept through the gate and landed ankle deep in snow. Ah...it felt good to be in my element. And it looked like we were just in time for the storm.
