Ok guys...we seem to be getting tense in here. Can we all just take a few minutes to breath and calm down?
Ok...good.
Now then, there are questions and concerns that need answered in order to bring things back together. This involves me spilling more story and plot than I had intended to outside of the timeline.
First off the reason this time feels so different than the first time is because it has a slower pace. Which I happen to like. It gives us all more time to enjoy our characters.
Secondly we are split into 2 groups, which is something I don't normally allow in my rps. I thought this would give us maximum story and allow us to explore each others characters at our own pace, instead of shoving us all into a giant group and expecting everyone to get fair use in each post. I didn't want anyone to feel left out.
I also like how the groups turned out. I feel that Clue, Live, and Tinker work well together and come up with interesting ideas.
In the same respect Essence and I message and rp all the time and like to think ahead. Now we have a new member which not only rounds out the groups, but will also add some extra flavor to the posts.

In regard to Adam I must first explain more about EDEN. This will cover ideas about EDEN's creator, the Mastermind, and EVE. This will be full of spoilers but also answers as to Adams strange gifts.
There once was a sciescientist. He and his brother had spent years researching a way to make artificial intelligence. They succeeded. By creating Adam and Eve. Twin AIs who looked like young teens. The scientist was over joyed. He began work on Eden in order to create a place for Adam and Eve to live.
However his brother wanted something else. He wanted to use EDEN in order to make himself a GOD by trapping real people inside of it. This man is The Mastermind.
I don't want to go into that anymore.

He corrupted Adam and Eve's programing and made them parts of the game. Adam is the portal into Eden and Eve is the portal portal out. His true form is actually a tree...as is Eve's.
He sends Adam to Area 1 in order to watch out for any promising groups that he feels would be able to beat the game. He then makes Adam join the groups and helps them get to Area 5. Where they are then quickly terminated by what waits there.
Adam knows every level of the game and all the monsters. He can hack coded info from the game but he cannot alter your character codes.
He is ranked #1 in Eden because the mastermind wishes to make him more appealing to groups. However his stats are all false as he is not an actual player but a game sprite. Which is why he smells odd to Yuki. So technically all of our ranks are 1 higher than they appear.

By the time Adam goes to betray us I was hoping for us all to have a message delivered to our ocs in the form of a dream from EVE. This is how we were gonna learn what she is. She is going to intervene and stop Adam from killing us so we can get away.
When he is confronted by her he will become confused and all of his corrupted data will begin to be deleted slowly returning him to his original programing.
From Area 5 onward it will be our ocs getting through the stage and fighting the big bosses. Adam will then become more of a background character to move the plot along from the villan stand point. He will no longer be in our group.
