So now we had another addition to our little group. Ivan may not look like much, but I saw something in his eyes. He has that cold look that says he has nothing to lose and he is willing to risk it all. In fact I think I am more afraid of Adam than Ivan.
"Yuki-San, there are two items we need to get in this Area before we move on." Speaking of Adam, he was now walking beside me. "We need ice berries and we also need snow from the top if Mt. Kikon."
Ivan was still taking up the rear. "It's impossible to get to the top of Mt. Kikon. As soon as a player reaches a certain height they get auto killed. It's too cold up there."
Adam nodded. "Precisely. It is so cold that the snow is said to never melt. However it is possible to get up there...if you have the right stats."
I raised an eyebrow. "You are talking about me I assume."
Pais took her say. "I will go with Yuki-San to get the snow. Adam and Ivan can get the berries."
Adam shook his head. "I don't trust him. Besides how do we know he will even be useful?" Pais smirked although the look had no amusement in it. "Funny, since we still feel the same about you. Yuki-San and I have been friends for awhile and have teamed up often. We know how to work together. It would be handy to have another good team in our group."
Ivan had stayed silent foe this exchange. I looked at him. "What do you think Ivan? I am the only one who can get the snow so obviously from a point I will be alone."
He looked back into my eyes. " I want a chance to prove myself to this group. I am useful and I do have skills that I think will benefit you. I will go with him and I will get the berries."
That settled it then. We broke into two groups and went off to get the items.
~ man I hate this post. But it is better than nothing. AFO wanted us to keep Ivan in the rp. So I am gonna keep him in and use him as a background character. I am not adopting him. Everyone can use him in their posts.
