x eye color changes all around. Paige -> blue, Riker -> brown (basically they switched lol)
x the Enemy Chick slash Riker’s Spiteful Ex is now named Charlotte Vaughn
x Charlotte and Paige used to be best friends fOREVER but Everything Changed When The Puberty Attacked

Jsyk I redrew Paige’s head twice and Riker’s four times. Commitment to the medium much… This will be going in my portfolio with a nice-looking background *cough*maybe*cough* tomorrow, along with the Bicycle For Two title overlay. But that’s for later.
In other news, I got my AP scores today… looks like I’ll be taking English in college, sadly. The 4 was juuuuuust out of reach… *grabs chest, falls over*
I did, however, get a 5 on GOV!! Which I knew I could totally do ;) My gov teacher super-prepared us for the exam by teaching us for the entire year IN THE FORMAT of the exam. Sometimes using old, released exam prompts and questions. AND I ALWAYS ACED THEM ;3;
I also passed AP Art!! Got a 4~ yeeeeah baby! *Austin Powers pose* My art teacher can totally call ‘em, man. She said if I didn’t get a 4, she’d be really surprised.
Miraculously, I got a 3 on Computer Science A. For it being my teacher’s first time teaching compsci and having 60 students, the majority with absolutely no computer science experience, my teacher did a good job :)
AND I just found out that my first semester of college is going to be all paid for!! I’m waiting on one other scholarship to be confirmed, but I’ll only owe about 3k per year if I can keep my grades up. That is wAY MORE MANAGEABLE than what my friends will pay at other schools. I can actually sleep at night thinking my school debt will only be about 12k when it’s all said and done. (FYI for you non-Americans, most colleges cost at least 20k a year, others closer to 60k. My friends can kiss my sass when I graduate with about as much debt as a used car payment.)
Other than that, I had to make a bajillionzilliontrillion phone calls about getting a meningitis booster (because I had it at 12??? When it wears off in 5 years????? Which makes it pointless why did they change the parameters a year after I got it I hate needles?????????!!!?/!//!!/?) which I won’t be able to get until, like, August 15th, unless I go see my pediatrician before that, but they want to give me a wellness check, and one of the ladies at the office was kind of mean on the phone and said “she’s too old, she should move up to a regular doctor soon” like, bih, just give me my shots why u gotta poke around my tummy and tell me I need to sit straighter because my scoliosis hasn’t solved itself
*sigh* today was a day.
QUESTION FOR COLLEGE PEEPS WHO LIVE ON CAMPUS: Do you guys lock all your stuff up? Like, makeup/shampoo/toiletries? Because I’m going to be in a bedroom group with five other girls, one of which is my actual roommate, and everyone can just waltz in and peep around in our bathroom because the bathrooms are in the common area for our little group, and my grandma is convinced all of them will steal my stuff if I don’t lock it up. Like, my shampoo and makeup. Which people who have more faith in humanity traditionally leave in the bathroom like normal, civilized persons. WHO IS RIGHT??
Anyways, it’s almost 10:30 and I am tired. I might actually fall asleep before midnight for the first time this summer…
