I looked around making sure not to touch anything as I maid my way to the human’s. When
I walked out of the cover of the tree’s they all turned to look at me. There were many who
smiled and other’s were just looking at my dress. One and only one was looking me straight
in the eye’s. The look in his eye’s sent a shiver down my spine. I slowly took a hesitant step
back. They followed with lust in there eye’s. All except the on the stared me in the eye’s. He
had a sad look on his face. I took another step back before they all came running at me. I
sprinted away from them and somehow maid it to the place I had landed in. The dead trees and
earth that I had accidentally touched were everywhere. I maid a left and, luckily for me, I was
hidden by the tree’s. I maid my wing’s come back out and began to fly up. No! I can’t they’ll
see me! I flew close to the ground and soon I found a large lake I stopped when I seen the
reflection. This wasn’t the reflection I remember. My long red hair was short and the tip’s were
as black as my wing’s and dress. My skin was paler than it used to be. My eye’s were now a
deep scarlet red. My lip’s were plumper and so where my breast’s. I flew closer and touched
my reflection. It didn’t wither or die in any way. “Water doesn’t die.” I murmured to myself
before I dove into the icy cold that was now shrouding my overly heated body. The water
felt like needle’s poking into my body. It felt oddly good. I closed my eye’s and retracted my
wing’s. I heard the vibration’s and the loud shriek’s of the men who had just jumped into the
water. I looked at the men who were coming closer to me but ther were so slow. I moved away
from them with ease. When I got to the other side they had stropped moving. They had frozen
to death. When I got out I could see the man from before. He was waiting for me to come out
of the icy water that killed the men that accompanied him Then he stepped into the water.
My eye’s widened and before I could think I was also in the water. Struggling to get to him
before he died. I wrapped my arm’s around him and brought out my wing’s. I flew from the
chilly water and landed by the fire he was by when I first meat him. I laid him next to it and
covered him with the blanket’s that were near to me. If only I could give life not take it away!
When he opened his eye’s his teeth were chattering and he smiled. I placed my hand on the
side of his face and then retracted it before it could do any harm. “Please put it back. Your so
warm. Will you hold me?” His eye’s glittered and sparkled and I took him in my arm’s like a
mother taking her frightened child into her arm’s to protect them. His long silver blond hair
looked silver as I moved my face closer to his. He moved his hand to my cheek and pressed
his lip’s to mine. “I’ve been waiting for you my love.” He whispered and kissed me again.
I pulled away confused. “Isabella why do you refuse me?” He asked moving closed to me.
I could fell his warmth getting higher and then a pair of black wing’s shot out of his back.
I let mine come out as well and before I knew it we were dancing in the air. My mother
always said that you would find the person you belong with in the last place you ever would
think of. She was right. The love of my life was dwelling in the last place I would ever want to
go. He was one of the fallen on Earth. And now so am I.
