So, Finals are over. I survived!! Wednesday, I wore a hair clip with the anime sweat drop on it, and Thursday, I wore a hair clip with the "..." on it. The "..." made my religion teacher laugh. So, now I have to hope and pray that when I do my Sophomore Review, I don't fail. If I fail Sophomore Review, I have to do it again. I didn't know being an Art major would carry this much pressure...Although, my advisor says I've definitely improved since my first semester here. I've had her for 3 of my art classes...Spring semester, I get the other Art advisor for 2 classes. I've never had him before. I was supposed to have him for a class this semester, but he was on sabbatical, so they had a substitute teaching the class.
Gah...Sako graduated Wednesday. Well, she skipped the ceremony, but she was supposed to have graduated. She didn't have her cap and gown, and she doesn't like ceremonies anyways. So, we went to Russellville (closest town to us that has anything fun in it) and we hung out. It was me, her, Sammy (Mercury Tiger), and Sekai. We had a girls' night. We went to Textbook Brokers to sell our books from this semester. We walked in and the guy behind the counter said, "You guys are from...U of O? Right?" We were like, "Yeah, how'd you know?" He said, "You guys always come in car loads." I told him, "Stop playing these bookstore mindgames with us!" After that, we went to Hastings. I got DDR Supernova!! I can't wait to start playing it! Unfortunately, I can't play until I get home. I already packed up my tv and my PS2. Anyways, after Hastings, we ate at La Huerta. It's a really good Mexican restaurant. Then we came back to the campus.
So...I'm going home tomorrow. Today will be my last day on here for about a month. Unless, of course, I can get the wireless to work in my bedroom, and i can get Daku to lend me a wireless card...So...I'll say it now:

Ok, so guess what today is? Yes, it is December 16th. But guess what ELSE it is? My birthday!! As of 6:00 a.m., I am officially 20 YEARS OLD!!! I'm excited....My friends had the party on December 11th, because this week is Finals week. It was a joint party: my birthday, Tiff's birthday, Kat's birthday, and Christmas exchange. I did get 2 TOTALLY AWESOME gifts from Daku, though!! I got a Cloud-and-Sephiroth wallscroll, which is proudly displayed on the wall next to my desk, and I got the KINGDOM KEY from Kingdom Hearts!! I can upload a picture of that one...
Well, on Saturday, December 20th, I'll be leaving campus for Christmas break. This means I won't be on for an ENTIRE MONTH!!! *Shock! Horror! Dismay!* I'll try to get on occasionally (like if I can get the wireless to work in my room).

Ok, first of all, I would like to say:

So, tonight is Winter Formal. Me and Daku are going. He's giving me the prom date I never got in high school. Seriously! I went by myself both junior and senior year!! It sucked...Anyways, I'm wearing a black Chinese dress with red flowers on it. It's really pretty. Daku's wearing a red, long-sleeve button-up shirt with black dress pants and a black tie. Yep, we're gonna match...
I have one week of classes left. And I have 3 papers to write. The first one is due on Monday. The other 2 are both due on the last day of finals...Ugh...I don't like writing essays!! Seriously, they suck!! Now, if they wanted me to write stories of my own, I'd gladly do it...
I really have nothing to say right now...And I don't have any works in progress. I'll be willing to take requests to work on during winter break, though! I'll need something to do, because most of those days, I'll be home. Alone. Bored out of my mind with nothing to do and nowhere to go...Although I am gonna take the PRAXIS 1 Exam on January 5th, 2009. I have to be there at 9:30 am, so I have to leave my house by 8 am. =__= Not looking forward to it...

Anyways, life goes on. Thanksgiving break was good. Not much to say about it...Except that my dad's youngest sister doesn't like Daku. Yeah, but Aunt Gina's a bitch, so it's ok. Seriously, NOBODY in the family pays attention to her opinions!! Except her bitchy daughter...Yeah, and that little 14-year-old twerp decided it was ok to talk down to me. All throughout Thanksgiving dinner, she talked to me like I was a friggin 5-YEAR-OLD!!! Pissed me off....
So, I've got 2 1/2 weeks of school left. Ah, to be home...DO NOT WANT!!! I'm gonna be so BOOOOOOOORRRRRRRRRRRREEEDDD!!!!! At least I'll have time to draw, and play Kingdom Hearts, and play DDR, and make AMVs, and possibly work on my book...Yep, I'm writing a book! Right now, it's called Keeper of the Innocent, but that's subject to change. It's a vampire book. And don't you DARE say it's spawned from the Twilight hype!! I've been writing this book since I was in 11th grade! So, that's 4 years now, I guess...
Speaking of Twilight, I'm REALLY tired of all the hype...Seriously...

Oh!! On January 5, 2009, at 10:00 am, I'll be taking the PRAXIS I Exam. It's the exam you have to take if you want to be a teacher. It's got 3 parts: Reading, Writing, and Math. I'm not too worried about it.

So...I'm just really bored right now. I've got class in a little less than an hour. Oh! I've only got one more project to start in Ceramics! It's an effigy pot. I'm going to make a Chinese dragon's head. Complicated, yes.

I've gotten Daku's presents in. He's getting a Celtic belt buckle and a dragon box. The box is way more elaborate than I expected! The picture on Amazon.com didn't do it justice. I was surprised when I opened it to make sure it was ok. Now it's safely hidden away atop my closet. I'm still waiting on my DDR game. I thought I got it in today because I had 2 package slips, but one was an unexpected package. It turned out that my home county had to do a run-off election between these 2 guys...I voted for the one who's name I recognized...
I'm going to Memphis with the art club on Saturday. I have to get up at 5:30 am...because we're leaving at 7:00 am...I am NOT thrilled about that...But I am thrilled that we're gonna go to 3 museums and then to downtown Memphis! In the downtown area, they have a mall called Peabody Place and it's so AMAZING!! I'ma be doin' some hardcore Christmas shopping there! On the way back Sunday, we might stop in Little Rock to see an Andy Warhol exhibit. I hope we do!!
