My friend is OBSESSED with Bill Kaulitz, the singer from the german band Tokio Hotel, yes, the band is german lol
He has an identical twin brother called Tom, although they dont really look that much alike...
Aaaaanyway, Bill wears make-up and fake nail (NOT THAT THERE'S ANYTHING WRONG WITH THAT!) anyway, hence his eye shadow and what he is saying, well ENJOY!! xxx
