Recap:
"Fratello, we need to get back home to Italy.." She said before colapsing forward onto Edward. Lovino widened his eyes in horror when he saw his sister fall. "Give me the phone now," Lovino commanded, his voice low and dark. The nurse nodded and handed him the phone.

Edward caught the unconscious Italian girl. He looked down at her and said, "She needs help. And fast too." He saw how her body has begun to pale as well.
"I'm working on that, now just wait. She isn't that strong enough to stand at least one more day. I could say that I still have hours left," Lovino said as the phone had started to ring. A very obnoxious Prussian answered, "Hallo! You have reached Germany's phone and this is the awesome Prussia speaking!"
"Gilbert! Where is Ludwig?! It's been a month and Feli needs help. We both need to be sent to Italy and right away. She can't last any more days!" Lovino almost screamed at the phone. He forgot the fact that both Edward and Winry are standing right behind him.
Prussia calmed after what Lovino said, "Ja. I am on my way. Ludwig is at the G8 meeting and is filling in for Feli. I will have to take you there myself."
Lovino sighed, "Fine just don't kill us driving us there." He then hung up the phone and gave it back to the nurse. "Grazie..." He turned back around and remembered that both Edward and Winry. "I think you should go back now."
Edward shook his head, "I don't think so. I want to know why you and Feliciana has to go back to Italy. Why are you two feeling this way and why go back to Italy? You said that you can't last until a few more hours. We can take you to one of the nearby hospitals and we'll help you."
Lovino shook his head, "Non. It's not safe for the both of us. We need to get back to Italy for a reason we cannot tell. Not even to you guys. Besides, if we stay in Germany for too long, we'll...." He stopped, not wanting to continue any farther. The nurse stood up and left the office. She knew that it wouldn't be a good idea to continue listening. Edward and Winry, on the other hand, they didn't move at all.
After the nurse left and closed the door, moments later in that silence, Edward was about to ask what when the door was forced open. There stood Gilbert Beilshmidt, or Prussia. "Let's go. We don't have much time."
Edward carried Feliciana in his arms, "We'll go with you. I'll ask the principle to let me, Winry, and the twins to leave early. We want to know what's going on and there is no way you can get us to forget this."
Lovino refused, "Non. You wouldn't understand. If we tell you, then we'll end up telling our whole life story. You can't go." He said before he began to sway. "Let's go Gilbert." Gilbert nodded and held onto Lovino to help his keep his balance. Edward sighed and said aloud, "We don't care if you have to tell us you're life story. If you have a messed up life, so what? We are the same."
Lovino stopped from where he was and turned to Edward. He sighed, "Fine. You can come. But here's the deal. If you tell others about us, we'll have to kill you." Edward and Winry nodded. "Sometimes I wish I was dead," Edward said and continued to hold onto Feli.
Feli's condition is bad. Her breathing has been shortened down to fast and short breaths. Her skin beginning to pale. Her pulse, however, is still beating like as if nothing has happened.
"Don't worry Feli. You'll be alright," Edward said as they entered Gilbert's car. The car had a faint smell of beer and potatoes and it almost made Winry and Edward gag. On the drive to Italy, It was very silent. And to Edward's surprise, the drive didn't take as long as he suspected. A few hours later, they have made it to Italy. Lovino had already passed out one hour before they arrived. Feliciana has already grown very pale and Edward thought that she has stopped breathing.
"Ok. We are here," Gilbert said as he stepped out of the car in front of the Vargas's home. The house is actually a manor. Edward and Winry looked up at the Manor in awe. They never knew that the twins would live in a house like this. Gilbert carried Lovino inside the house as well as Edward carrying Feliciana. Winry followed in behind them. (A/N I feel like I just left her out. I need to involve her in this more) They entered the twins bedroom and laid the twins on their bed. After they did so, they went out to the living room downstairs.
"Ok," Winry said, turning to Gilbert, "Do you mind explaining it to us why we are in Italy?" Edward nodded in agreement, "Why are they feeling this way? They were fine yesterday."
Gilbert sighed, "Ok. I'll tell you. You are in Italy because this is where they were born."
"Everyone is born somewhere. They move to other places and they don't feel like how Feliciana and Lovino are now," Winry said.
Gilbert shook his head, "Ja. I know that, but that's not what I mean." He paused for a moment, "Yes they are born here. They are both born on March 17. The day Italy was formed."
