Yup, there you have have it, down there.^^ Always remember one thing. When some kind of anime comes out, even on the same day, there is in mostly cases going to be a sub somewhere. :D
But I am sure that OVA was good nevertheless. I mean, you cold also practice your Japanese a little, which is good.^^

English Subtitles for Kuroshitsuji OVA 5

Instructions:
1)Put the SRT and AVI files in the same folder
2)Ensure they have the same file name (eg. shinigamiova.avi and shinigamiova.srt)
3)Play the AVI, the subtitles should show automatically
4) Try VLC media player (a free download online) if the above does not work with your exisiting media player
