This will be a post dedicated to everyone who read my reviews, gave them my support and anyone who respects this type of media reviewed in general...
It has been already almost two years since I am writing them here. I started sometimes before with some simple reviews. What actually was a background to that was the experience that I gained from reading many many reviews before and watching them as well and also from general watching and playing video games and anime. Not so much anime as video games, but since this site is more dedicated towards that so I wanted to try to make my writing skills also more in that way, which was hard at first, but soon I started to develop my style.
That was also the case for minitokyo. I used that site for two things. One, finding scans to use for e-cards and wallpapers and two, also posting the reviews there. The time when they were actually getting more popular and accepted by many there (knowing how high criteria they expect) I stopped. The reasons for that are my private alone, but also partially because I didn't much see point of them since they never made too much of attention. I wanted to move a step forward, maybe even by youtube reviews, but again I was stopped back..
The number of views that this world got is 8.825 and I respect every single one of them. Probably more than half of them were just coming to the world in hurry and not reading them, but even so I was always happy even with receiving one comment and everyone have my deepest appreciation even for just coming to this site. Thank you for that!
As for now I thought of finishing my short reviews, but they were not receiving almost attention at all plus I got distracted by some unexpected things. I might continue them, but that will be later. The time will tell.
There are also rules which every review should follow. I am not going to list them here and now, because I have already written too much, but it is basically a not-written codex. For me the most important rule to remember is to always use general knowledge and opinion and not a personal one. Personal one should only be used in a way on how you saw the things, but not if it has anything to do with other things (like memories, setting, nostalgia, life) that makes you like that work more. So everyone wanting to start to write them should know that.
This is all for now and thank you everyone who took time to read this. It is in a sort of way the final post, but not actually final as I don't like keeping things unfinished. Only parted with one way.
