OH YEAH I forgot I drew this outfit. I think I was waiting to post it until after I finished the short story stuff, but since pride month is just about to end I'll go ahead and post it now.
Anyway, for pride month I really wanted to do a bunch of outfits with my characters using the colors of their corresponding pride flags, but I only got around to doing one for Lafayette.
He also has the most pride flags out of all my characters........ BUT SOMEHOW, THEY WERE ALL COLOR COORDINATED!! How convenient. :^D
For the shirt and shoes, I used the colors from the Asexual pride flag. I have a couple characters who're probably ace or gray ace, but Laf's the most open and self-assured about his orientation out of them.
The pants and socks are the colors of the Non-binary pride flag, and the pattern on the tie is from the Intersex pride flag, which are more or less related.
Laf's quite a bit more confident in saying that he understands his sex rather than his gender, but since he doesn't really care about what gender he's perceived as he just goes w/ the catch-all term non-binary. He's not really as invested in gender issues as he is in intersex issues. ...not that he actually goes out and do anything about it though, it's just stuff he thinks about. He doesn't seem like the type to be actively involved in the LGBT+ community.
? I feel like this isn't really the place to talk about this, WHOOPS;; ONE DAY... I'LL MAKE A POST AND RAMBLE ABOUT LAF AND THIS KIND OF STUFF....
I feel bad because the intersex flag kind of just looks like an afterthought in this outfit, but HEY. NOT MY FAULT THAT THE INTERSEX FLAG IS JUST A PURPLE CIRCLE ON A YELLOW BACKGROUND........ I guess I could have made some circle pattern or something and put it somewhere. :m TOO LATE NOW!
ALSO, THE SOCKS!!!! Are because I had just come back from a baseball game with my family that day. For some reason we were talking about how baseball uniforms look a lot ~*~cooler~*~ with the calf-high socks instead of long pants. WHICH I AGREE WITH!!! Look at these guys. Who're the cool ones of the group. That's right, it's the dudes with the socks. B^U

I know I haven't posted in here in forever, sorry. ;0;/ NO TIME FOR FASHION THESE DAYS.... This isn't really anything interesting, I just wanted to draw Gabe wearing an ascot.
I feel like I haven't drawn Gabe in a while. His ~muscles~ were hard for me to draw. orz The scenario (???) behind this drawing is that Gabe has to dress up for some event he and Stefan and the crew have to attend, so Stefan dresses him up 4 SOME REASON IDK. Gabe actually really hates dressing up though, he just feels like these kinds of clothes don't match who he is and it makes him a little uncomfortable.
I was actually going to draw him with his short hairstyle here (which I apparently haven't done in a while look how old this reference is), but idk I guess I decided to go with his stupid normal hair in the end. B);;

FINALLY DREW DMITRI IN SOMETHING OTHER THAN THAT TANK TOP AND SHORTS......
I'm still not totally great at incorporating skirts into more masculine (?) looking outfits, but I'm trying. In general it seems like the silhouette I should aim for is to make the torso look longer and keep the body pretty undefined. :u I'll draw something other than pleated skirts, one day;;;
I also like polka dot collared shirts. -u-b
Sorry I've been gone so long, this semester's just been weirdly busy. BUT! SUMMER IS ALMOST HERE!!! Here's something I drew last night, in the meantime.
Kinda weird, but I just drew this b/c I think 1950's underwear is kinda cool;;; As a side note, Lafayette canonically does own a 1950's-style bullet bra, but it's not deep red like this. :u;;;
As another note, I'm thinking of changing some of the rules for this world. :o I might make it so people can post fashion and stuff they find in general that they want to share (NOT THAT ANYONE OTHER THAN ME USES THIS WORLD;;;). Although if people want to post art that's not their own, they have to make sure to get permission from the original artist first. But idk what I'm doing yet.
BUT YEAH, there's that.
This is something that Lafayette wears to some school dance. I feel like he usually only wears dresses for shows and stuff, but I guess he'd make an exception for dances/etc. :Y OR WOULD HE? IDK.
But yeah. Here's an outfit. It looks kinda similar to the last one b/c of the scarf, sorry;;
