I look at Keiji. He's seemingly reading, but he hasn't turned the page in to long. I wonder what's on his mind... It better be important! He interrupted me from a very important phone call with Satomi.
Keiji waits for the last Juunishi - Tsuyosa - to come in. Then he begins.
"Natsumi, as expected, is causing problems again. She has decided to try and leave us. Again."
Keiji stands, and sets down the book. It's The Little Prince Of course. Does he not read anything else?
"In other words, Natsumi has ran away." He continues,
"Earlier this afternoon we found a note in her hospital room. I need all of you to assist in finding her."
Murmurs of disbelief can be heard throughout the room. Why did she run away again? Didn't she know she was only making things harder on her? Harder on everyone! I was going to have a serious talk with her as soon as she was found about being responsible, and thinking things through! Those thought hit me first, but then the worry comes. She's still hurt...What if it gets worse?
"Keiko, Tsuyosa, Ryu and Kohaku," Keiji continued after a minute, after letting the shock settle. "You four cover the woods. She may be hiding out here until she can find a different place to stay.
"Ami, Kameko, Chou and Sanyu, you go back to the hospital. Find out if she mentioned leaving to anyone, and check if she's hiding there!
"Ayumi, Mai and I will stay here to see if she shows up. If you find her, call me immediately."
Pretty much everyone leaves instantly, anxious to find her. But I linger. I walk over to Keiji.
"Keij," I say softly. He looks at me, and doesn't bother correcting the nickname. He must be really upset. "I'm sure she's ok." I say softly.
"Don't be an idiot!" he snaps, "Of course she's ok! Natsumi is not that reckless!"
He glares down at me,
"Now go!"

A/N: Inufluffy-Chan, I wasn't sure if everyone knows about Haji yet, so I didn't know if Ryu and Kohaku would think to find him. If they do know, and you want him to get involved through the meeting let me know and I'll gladly put him in here.
But if everyone doesn't know you can have him involved by bumping into one of the groups! ^_^
NOW THEN! Let's breath life back into this! I love this RP and I WILL NOT LET IT DIE!!!
I have a question for you guys, and I want honest answers!
Do you think Ami and Keiji would be a cute couple. More specifically, do you think Keiji should have feelings for her, but not acknowledge them.
Because I get the vibe that he may. But I don't know.
I ask because he is an NPC, and so I don't truly control him.
Also, speaking of Keiji. I think we ought to flesh him out more. Yes, he's a jerk, but he should have some good qualities too. At least I think so.
I worked on a character sheet for him, and I'd love your thoughts on it, and anything you'd like to add.

Personality: He has a definite cruel streak, a harsh temper, and is very strict. He actually does care about the Zodiac, and doesn't want the outside world to hurt them, which is one of reasons he's so hard on them. He is very jealous, and, like Akito, is scared of losing them. He likes reading, and live theatre, and acted a little bit when he was young. Keiji and Natsumi share the same musical gift, and though Keiji chooses not to share it, he can play piano and sing fairly well. He hates being alone.
Clothing Style: Mostly black jeans, dark button up shirts, and sometimes vests and ties to go with them. Western style clothing
Past: Keiji Is the brother to Ayumi. Their parents died when he was very young (7 or 8). He grew up with Ami as a playmate. He rejected Natsumi as his niece. Um....I dunno....

I'm adding a new rule that was inspired by something Suki (CleaversForKids) did.
We had a scene where Mai interacted with Chou. Before posting the part she'd written she PMed it to me first to make sure Mai was in character. ^_^ I really like that idea, so it is now required!
If you have a scene where your character(s) interact with someone else's character(s) send a copy of your post to the owner of said character before posting it to make sure the other character is in character.
