It's the day of the feast and Natsumi, the rooster, started to bother Keiji, who is the god and her uncle. Ami, the dog, stops her, but Keiji threatens to tell everyone that she's his niece since nobody else knew.
However, just as he's about to say it, Natsumi says it herself and then runs off, and Kohaku, an old friend of hers, and the Ox in the zodiac goes to find her. He consoles her and then tells her he loves her and they kiss, what they don't know is that Keiji is watching, and he's mad.
So, he scolds them and then beats up Kohaku into a grave state, but then Natsumi throws herself in the way and begs to be punished instead. As such, Keiji locks her up in a dark room.
Ami protests when Keiji tells everyone else the story, but calls Natsumi secretly to tell her that she's going to release her. Meanwhile, Keiko, the tiger, confronts Keiji, slapping him and calling him a monster, much to his fury, and causing him to slap her hard. She runs off and meets Haji, the cat, who has been watching the drama, and skipping the feast.
Meanwhile, Kameko who is the rabbit AND blind, and Mai, the dragon, go to find Kohaku and take him to the Main House. When he wakes up and hears the whole story, he freaks out since he can't help Natsumi.
So, after the drama ended, and summer vacation started ^^; we figure out that Ami has been dating a girl named Satomi, but that Keiji doesn't know.
Keiji has planned vacation for the entire Zodiac at a snowy mountain. The day everyone arrives, Keiji runs into Satomi, who tells him that she and Ami are dating. Of course, Keiji gets mad. Natsumi confronts him, Keiko attacks him while in Tiger form and after that(more like after it's over) Keiji decides to punish the Zodiac
-Keiji has decided to punish the Zodiac, but he hasn'r revealed how he will do so.
-Kohaku breaks up with Natsumi and she goes into emoness
-Shigure and Akito have thrown a visit to the Zodiac while they are still on vacation.

Now, I just realised I haven't shared Keiji's punishment with you.
All Zodiac Are To Live In Main Sohma House For an Undefinable Amount of Time
You're characters are allowed to be upset, but this is set in stone. If we all live in the same house it will give much more opportunity to roleplay.
Next, if you write any fiction about your characters in New Beginning I would like it linked here. You may post as much or as little as you like, but leave a link to it so everyone can enjoy.
And last, it's hard doing a roleplay with so few members, so please, write shameless plugs about it in other worlds. If you write a plug for The New Beginning, and link it here in a post, I will give you a gift of your choice.

Ami-
I jump up from my seat and bow deeply.
"Hello Shigure-San." I say respectfully,
I lunge at Akito, wrap my arms around her, and hold on tight.
"Hi Akki-Sama!" I shriek.
Akito tries to pry me off of her, but I don't let go. I laugh brightly,
"It'll take more then your strenth to get me off!" I declare, and laugh again.
Strong hands grab my arm, and Kohaku pulls me off.
"Hey! I was glomping here!" I say in mock anger. Kohaku sees my grin though, so he knows I'm joking.
"What," Shigure says suddenly, "Don't I get a glomp?"
"I would," I say, grinning "But turning into a dog isn't on my to do list today."
Shigure lets out an overdramatic sigh.
"Fine..." he says.
"Have you seen everybody yet?" Kohaku asks them. Akito shakes her head.
"Keiji took us up here first." she explains. I grin
"I feel so complimented! Brought to see us first!" I say, throwing my hands to my heart. Keiji rolls his eyes.
"Ami," he says, "Call all or text all of the zodiac and tell them about our geusts. We will meet in 45 minutes, in the lobby."
I nod, and pull out my phone.
~Keiko~
I groaned sleepily as I heard a knock at the room door. “Yumi... door,” I mumbled into the pillow, not wanting to move.
“You’re so lazy Keiko,” she sighed and I heard the rustling of covers as she got out of bed.
“Only in the morning,” I argued, burying my face further into my pillow. “Who is it?” I asked as I heard her open the door.
“Heeeeeelllloooo!” a cheerful voice chimed, and I almost died at how enthusiastic someone could be this early in the morning.
I groaned again, throwing my pillow at whoever was at the door, “It’s too early for this!”
“Early?” the boy looked towards Yumi, who sighed and shrugged. “It’s the afternoon,” he told me and I shot out of the bed.
“You’re kidding!” I glanced quickly at the clock that was beside my bed. “No way!!!”
“She’s not good with morning,” Yumi laughed.
The boy laughed along with her, “I can understand.” I really, really doubted that. “Well, you two better hurry and get dressed. We’re going sledding!”

Satomi--
Ami paces up and down my room, silent as ever. Something is up, that I can tell. I asked her already, but she didn't answer. But Ami always hides her real emotions from me, always covered by a bubbly mask. I'll have to ask her family if she is that way with them too. For now, I wait. One day she'll open up. After a while, she takes a deep breath.
"I should go check on the others." She says, "After all, Keij did leave me in charge." Ami flashes a grin, and the peace symbol,
"Though, it was probably a mistake on his part!"
Ami
I run from Satomi, and head straight to my room. I lock the door, and sink to the floor, taking shuddering breaths. It's so unfair! Natsumi and Kohaku break up, and she's almost expected to breakdown. I mean, things happen to me too! I was told by Keiji I'm never to see Satomi again. Yet, I can't break down. I'm expected have to keep a bright outlook. I mean, I try, honest. But it's not fair. I can't even remember the last time anyone saw me get upset. And I havn't cried since I was 7 years old. I don't even think I remember how. I take a deep breath. "Pull it together, Ami." I murmur to myself, "Come on, the younger ones need you."
Finally, after what seems like a long time, I get up and walk downstairs. I pull out my phone, and dial Keiji. He answers on the third ring.
"Hello Ami." he says,
"Hey, Keij." I say, "How's Natsuchan?"
Keiji doesn't answer for a long time. Finally he fills me in. I hang up without saying a word. I know I should feel bad for Natsumi, but I can't help but wish that people would notice when I'm hurting.
